Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Danièle 'Dani' Delacroix/ Flandre Scarlet
Pre-Incarnation: Excitable overpowered vampire child. She was from the outside world but immigrated when the mansion was moved to Gensokyo. *ICON KEYWORDS RELEVANT*

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Like Roselle- She and her sister moved to the US from France about a year and a half ago. Dani is in the 3rd grade, even if she likes to say she is older over text. Over text she is cheery and willing to talk when in person she will normally shy away and won't say a word to anyone but her sister. Withdrew from her peers at school due to them not wanting anything to do with her but still!

She's in and out of the hospital due to her Immunodeficiency but very VERY rarely speaks to her doctors.

Open/Wanted CR: ANY! She's friendly enough over Text but probably will take a while before she shows up in video or speaks. Although if you can get her to trust you, She might go ahead!

Other Info: She's just started so all of this is both scary but really getting her interest.
