Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

RUSSEL IS A HUGE MUSIC BUFF who will eventually be gaining magical piano powers, fun times.

He has probably bought a bunch of her songs and subscribed to her channel because hell yes electric violin! He could maybe recognize her on the street sometime, or if she ever uses video to post to the network?
