Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

I kind of want semi-pointless neighbor CR with her and Jake :') He's pretty sociable, so if he's not in a hurry he's one of those neighbors who'll chat a little bit if he passes someone in the halls/stairs. Though sorry, he mostly likes screamy-metal, so they probably wouldn't bond over musical taste.

...idk man, the singing to herself while carrying laundry thing just appealed to me in stupid ways.
