Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Setting-wise, I'm vaguely certain that it's some sort of artsy shopping district, so I think anyone could be there for a random window shopping trip. :)
