Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

I think we can assume they have run into each other a couple times pre-network, just enough to establish a passing familiarity, and then we can RP out the next time they run into each other. Hopefully with realizing they're both network.
