Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Jack attended high school in Locke City, but college is similarly unspecified. College friend-of-a-friend hey-it's-that-person it is? Maybe he's the friend of the boyfriend of one of her friends or something sufficiently steps removed like that?

Sounds good to me! Friend of boyfriend of etc. works pretty well, too.
