Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Once a sweet, compassionate blonde thing who seems completely naive, reincarnation struck and left Anais Temple: trust issues galore.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's in high school! And in band!! And also lives in an apartment complex. Her dad's a teacher?

Open/Wanted CR: Anything. Literally anything. I'd like to make her some friends though.

Other Info: XC and I have been trying to get Fuu and Umi echoes forever. Someday it will happen.
