There have been loads of new characters and new configurations of threads since our last one! And thus, where is the harm?

Jovan is probably one of the most baffling, irritating people the Dians have ever met.

Let's break this down: the couple has had it hard wired into their system to be nice to everyone they meet. On some level, it's years of emotional abuse instructing them to not cause a fuss and keep people happy. But more important then that, they like people. They like helping people. They like forming friendships, building friendships, and doing whatever it takes to keep their friends happy and healthy. As well as everyone in the world just as happy in the meantime.

Jovan is one of the few people they've encountered that make them want to break their self-set rule. It's the remarks, the little insults here and there they actually pick up amongst their blind optimism. It's his stubborn refusal to be useful to any of the surrounding events.

But most of all? He keeps hurting their respective spouse. He frustrates Miria, which ticks off Isaacs. He angers Isaac, which causes Miria to start grinding her teeth. He causes a cycle of anger and suffering.

And their patience is waning.

But he might be redeemable, so they'll keep giving that a shot!

Danny's a real pal.

That really about sums it up. Danny is a friend. Not a HUGELY CLOSE friend, but definitely a chum nonetheless. He's trusted with a certain amount of personal feelings and emotions, but they consider it far more important that they make sure HE DOESN'T BREAK LOCKE.

Seriously, in their eyes, Danny is a compilation of many many mistakes and bad decisions. And also terrible twists of fate. EVERY TIME THEY TALK HE'S DONE GOOFED UP. Napkins in hands, bleeding green goo, sharing half the blame of causing an earthquake, DYING. They need to keep a close eye on him and make sure forces of the universe don't conspire to SCREW OVER MORE OF THE POOR BABBY. Kid's had enough trouble as it is.

(except for when he finally possesses someone entirely intentionally, but then that will just be a bad decision.)

Henry is total adorable baby. He is just an innocent kid who has been forced into a strange situation. Thus, they have a few "Henry Goals".

1) Be friends! Friends are awesome! So being friends with Henry will probably be great!

Hi good buddy Melissa!

That's really what she is: potential best buddy-in-the-making. The fact she was reasonable and willing to listen to what they had to say was a really good sign to them. Not to mention how she DIDN'T CALL SHERMAN AND THE COPS ON THEM WHEN THEY GAVE HER THEIR FULL NAMES AND ADDRESS, THAT WAS COOL TOO.

That's despite the fact they willing gave that to her because THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP? Which they now believe has worked and everything will go their way if they have FRIENDSHIP.

So they plan to overwhelm Melissa with friendship because clearly that will not only make them a new buddy BUT ALSO SAVE EVERYONE!

Isaac is the only Dian that's met Maggie. He thinks she's trustworthy, but is mildly concerned about how much he may have told her. Particularly about how he met Miria.

Not that he thinks she's a gossipy type of person, no sir! He's more worried about how she might interpret the story of POLICE GETTING INVOLVED, SIGNING FORMS TO NEVER TELL ANYONE WHAT HE AND MIRIA LEARNED, AND then meeting Miria then.

He didn't really break the law. Really! He just... has it on his record that he broke the law. And Miria's. IT'S A VERY LONG STORY.

Nonetheless, he thinks Maggie seems nice and maybe they could hang out sometime.

Also, he thinks she has a robot voice. Very crucial.

To Miria, Rakka is a pal on the network. Another potential buddy she'd like to know more.

BUT TO ISAAC, HE'S ANOTHER PERSON HE TOLD ABOUT THE ALCATRAZ INCIDENT. Well, he's told practically everyone about ALCATRAZ. He had a very public breakdown. But he's kinda KEEPING THAT INFO AWAY FROM MIRIA so Rakka is another pearl he accidentally trusted with a lot of info.

But mostly, Rakka is another person both Dians want to help as much a possible.

That's what he is. Potential buddy. They think he's really cool guy, but they don't actually know him that well. Other than the fact that he has hair that MRS. HARVENT WOULD PROBABLY INSULT

They connect with Jacuzzi on a spiritual level. Not just because he's their soul-bond pal either.

Honestly, Jacuzzi reminds the Dians of little college-going Isaac and Miria. Out in the big, wide world. Attempting to find their place and all that jazz.

Therefore, THEY MUST PROTECT JACUZZI AS BEST THEY CAN. HE, THEIR LATEST AND GREATEST BUDDY, NEEDS ALL THE HELP HE CAN GET. BY GOLLY, HE'S GETTING THAT HELP NO MATTER WHAT. ESPECIALLY SINCE HE USED TO BE A GANGSTER THAT SHOT UP 18 SPEAKEASIES.

Which Isaac can relate to because he's fairly sure he's actually a horrible murderer thief. Which he hasn't told Miria but. SHH.

Nonetheless. PROTECT THE POOR BABBY AT ALL COSTS.
