There have been loads of new characters and new configurations of threads since our last one! And thus, where is the harm?

To any and all up for it:

Anthony is Alex's best friend on the network. He really wishes he could find a way to help him, or at least make what he's going through less awful. He admires Anthony for dealing with it all so well, and he feels kind of guilty when he complains about his own echoes being hard to deal with, because Anthony is right there as an example of someone who has it worse and whines a whole lot less. So there's a sort of awkwardness Alex feels in dealing with Anthony lately, which he's aware of, but doesn't totally understand. He just wishes it would go away!
