There have been loads of new characters and new configurations of threads since our last one! And thus, where is the harm?

To any and all up for it:

but otherwise, Jovan really likes that someone appears to appreciate his obviously fake bullshit for what it is: obviously fake bullshit. So many people work themselves into a frenzy over something that really isn't a big deal, but Nick seems to be the first guy who really treats everything Jovan says as a joke as much as Jovan does to everyone else. it's refreshing, to finally have a stupid back and forth on equal footing/understanding.

In fact, he even feels a sort of connection to Nick through this--not quite friendship, but certainly something more special than any old person he talks to on the network. He actually trusts the guy, or as much as you can on the numbers network anyway. which is why finding out he's a cop would be so devastating!
