There have been loads of new characters and new configurations of threads since our last one! And thus, where is the harm?

To any and all up for it:

She is a cat. She is a talking cat and he has no idea how to explain basic concepts like the government to her. Don't ask him hard questions, he barely understands how it works as it is.

But, really, he finds it frustrating trying to explain stuff to her. There's not much he can say right now. Though he does want to know if she's some kind of magical cat with super powers now. Since talking animals is irregular.
