and the guy seems genuinely distressed over this, or something. what is with his voice?? it's not his forte, but he has a sister about that age himself, and an older sister that's already gone past it, so he actually thinks about it a minute.

Seriously, could the guy look any more unimpressed while actually giving him completely legitimate advice. Something about the way he intimidated him felt oddly familiar, but he just couldn't put his finger on how. ]
