[Today was one of those days where things weren't going so well for poor little Abby. If she only had paid attention to what the weather forecast was, then this wouldn't have happened in the first place! Here was trying to buy groceries for her family and she happened to walk in the rain like this. Oh well, there wasn't much she could do anyway. Despite having only the clothes on her back, she marched on forward anyway.

Of course, was wasn't until she heard a stranger by her. At first she was a little suspicious of him but...she was getting soaked here! Don't mind her walking straight over to him!]

Oh hey, thanks! But uh...what about you? Aren't you going to get wet here?

I can get you to the store, at least, if that's where you're going.

Well yeah, that's where I was going to go and all. Now that the rain is here I'm just more worried about getting the groceries wet! We don't want to get the bread all icky and stuff! [Hm, unless she can buy an umbrella over there...]

An Everything-But-Umbrellas store might be a little bit short on them, but I think you're safe with a grocery store. You should be able to find something.

Yeah seriously! Have you heard about all these strange things going on here? I've been hearing that there are people getting images in their heads all of a sudden. And the catch was how they never seen them before either!

Or if the grocery store doesn't have them due to the rain? But what if that Everything-but-Umbrellas store just happens to have them? Wouldn't that be a little inconvenient there?

I have heard about that. Isn't that the strangest thing? My downstairs neighbour actually grew fangs. I'm sure of it. Of course he didn't mention it, but it's hard not to notice when you see him every day.

Tell you what. If the grocery store doesn't have them, I will escort you to the Everything-but-Umbrellas so we can investigate the truth of their claims.

So what is he then? A vampire? A werewolf? It's something like out of those stories, a random creature just randomly shows up in your town and then some cool stuff happens! I would be careful, I think it might be the same for your neighbor there!

I'm pretty sure they do too, but I just got off work and I don't mind wandering around town being an angel of helpfulness. I mean, I could be doing worse, right?
