[ Sophie's sorry about the foot-stepping-on, really, but with her shoes on and on a bus, she's not able to do her sight-cheat. That's not something for public, anyway - it's Network Functions Only, which is a pain in the ass and something that annoys her in times when it would actually help (which it wouldn't, on a public bus).
She's being serious about the "no can do", though, which is made more obvious if Sophia looks up. Sophie's not looking at the other girl, but she has the white cane with a red end that most people would recognize as a symbol of why she can't watch it.
Sophie doesn't seem particularly bothered by it, although she tilts her head in the direction of that voice, and uses her cane to locate a place where there are no feet and where there is preferably a seat. ]
Sorry 'bout that.
[ ...She has some manners, in addition to the sass. ]

It's fine. ( after a short pause — ) The seat next to me is free.

[ Saves her time and whacking people with her cane. ...Which isn't how she should be using it, but, uh. Sometimes Sophie is very Sophie. She can't help her innate Sophie-ness, which involves a lot of "how can I give this person the hardest time possible". Especially if she actually likes them to any degree. Sometimes it's safer to have her disliking you than it is to have her liking you.
With a destination in mind, it's easier to navigate, and Sophie sits down with no grace, keeping her cane upright between her legs. ]
It's pretty crowded today, isn't it?
[ She's run into a few people already. Or they have run into her.
It's been a mutual thing. ]
