Here's how this one works:

2. Look at other posts for things your character HAS done.

5. Become increasingly drunk as the meme unfolds.

Not a once. I mean, I've worn a couple standard V-neck T-shirts in public, but like I said - they were part of some kind of layers thing. A longer-sleeved shirt underneath, usually. Or some kind of light jacket over top.
