Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme - you know what do do!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Oh my gosh, dogs *^* Sam loves them and has always wanted one yes please♥ Sam is usually home-bound but she does visit the hospital aaand she will be going to the library one of these weekends if that would work for a meeting!

Oh ok! That works sliiiightly better for Neku, but I could come up with a way for Phillip to be there too~ Possibly sitting outside said library with his dog. XD

I'm good with both! :D If you wanted her to meet one before the other too that's also fine if it works better for you.

If we can come up with a way for that to work, it might be better, so I'm not switching back and forth in the same log. XD But if we can't, both at the library works fine!

Phillip's more talkative, so he's probably easier to come across. So maybe Neku at the library and Phillip... somewhere else? Honestly Phillip will start talking to anyone anywhere so. :|
