As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

So I'm still nebulously considering Youmu her as a Japanese-American orphan and kendo student being raised by a wannabe samurai. This seems like it might be a thing.

COULD BE AN EXCELLENT THING. Randy's proud of his heritage but he doesn't let it define who he is, and generally gets annoyed at people who think "Japanese" is his defining trait. Especially in a city full of Japanese people.
