Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme - you know what do do!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Nora *insert last name here*
Pre-Incarnation: Nowi

In her preincarnation, Nowi is a thousand year old dragon who acts like she's six. She was rescued from slavers by Chrom and his army and then in turn helped them save the world.

Nora, at twelve years old, is actually slightly more mature. Slightly. She was put up for adoption as an infant and grew up in foster care. But recently she's moved to Locke city because a relative has recently surfaced who was willing to take her in. I'm thinking a grandparent or possibly an Aunt/Uncle.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: The relative that took her in. (Definitely open to plotting here. Grandparent, uncle, aunt, whatever best fits.) Also classmates and teachers. (She's in middle school) People who hang out in parks.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything and everything. Nora takes a little longer to warm up to people than Nowi, but once she does expect to be cheerfully pestered. A lot.

Other Info: Eventually she'll be able to turn into a dragon again, so expect some collateral damage while she figures out how to deal with that.
