Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme - you know what do do!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Caleb Blake
Pre-Incarnation:

As this is an original character I'm not going to bore you with too many details. Basically, you got two worlds that don't talk to each other anymore and ignore the other's existence. This kid comes along and goes between them and wanting to make up for the whole "nobody loves me" thing and thinks it's a great idea to be a superhero. AHAHAHA...yeah that ends horribly for him.

Reincarnation: I'm still hashing things out but the basic outline is that Caleb's a rich kid who moved from Orlando, Florida. Not exactly being thrilled from being taken from all the entertainment there he's on a constant go for fun.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Caleb might've paid some people to do his homework so he could go run off to the arcade or something at some points. Hey, he's even willing to take a group of people out for fun (because seriously, who wants to go to the amusement park alone?) People might even know him from being that fashion designer's kid.

-for the rich folk maybe they've seen him and his family at those big ritzy parties or was invited to one of his family's parties.
-Other family? Maybe cousins or uncles and aunts. I dunno.

Open/Wanted CR: Kids he's paid to do his homework, friends, other kids he's dragged/offered to pay to go to the amusement park?

Other Info: Uh, like I said I'm still working out his reincarnation and fixing up abilities. I THINK I'm almost there in terms of it all making sense, but I'm still up for ideas/welcomed critique on what should and should not be put in.
