Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme - you know what do do!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

For characters of either status, toss up a comment and any information you see please; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

OH YEAH that's kind of what I meant. c: I don't know how Chuck generally feels about kids, but Phillip will talk to anybody.

How do we want these two to get non network CR, then? Phillip's in, what, elementary school? And Chuck's a high schooler! Their paths probably don't overlap all that much...

I have no idea. :|;; mostly I jut think it would be cute/funny. If Chuck likes kids then it'll be easier, since Phillip hasn't really been paying attention to the 'don't talk to strangers' rule for a while. If there's a reason network CR would work better, though, then we could do that.
