As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Cool! Neku is the most awkward turtle in social situations but if she starts up the conversation he will gladly go along with it. XD He's veeeery quiet about the network, though, so they'd have to see each other on it or at a network thing or something. Unless she starts manifesting powers in front of him and then he'll figure it out. :|;

YAY CREEPY SMALL CHILDREN! 8D So saying they probably know each other through sister connections and then yay mothering once she finds him on the network?
