Personal Appearance Meme

yeah i don't have a good title for this
BUT! OKAY! I want details about your beautiful bodies, reincarnates! Details that might not be clear in your icons! How tall are you? You don't need to give me your weight if you don't want, but what's your build and what kind of muscle do you have going? What's your age, do you look it? What's your default expression? Are you lively or more subdued, physically? What kind of clothing do you usually wear, what do you smell like, how's your posture? Have Echoes made you look different yet? What does your voice sound like?
Be as detailed or sparse as you like, I was going over the top. |D Pictures are welcome, just if it's big or a video please link it!
Also a reminder, we have a TV Tropes page and character list now! Edit it, suggest tropes and edits, bask in the glory, ignore it because noooo TVTropes!

Audrey is average height and average weight. It's never really given in detail. What is obvious is that she has a very slight build. She's no hourglass or voluptuous figure, nothing like that. She also definitely looks her age, give or take a few years older maybe. That's mostly due to her gentler, easy expressions rather than her actual looks though.
Audrey is a little more animated than her former incarnation, Mineva. Even then though, her smiles have a certain grace to them. She's very much a lady still and there's this slight veil of 'gentleness' about her actions because of it.
Clothing typically includes blouses, skirts, slacks and occasionally jeans. She isn't the sort to wear tshirts outside of sleepwear/cleaning/etc. She doesn't get all classied-up all the time but it's pretty easy to note that when you see Audrey, she does look put together. Nice blouses, pressed slacks, minimal and not tacky jewelry. Again, she's a lady.
Audrey prefers solid colors are well, keeping prints to a minimum or as simple 'accents'. She's not really too up on fashion though, as evidenced by her simplistic combinations of blouses, slacks, skirts and jeans.
Scent wise, I like to imagine Audrey smells a lot like flowers. Tea roses, deeper tinges of other roses. Her scents aren't light and bubblegum syrupy, not bright like one might expect for a girl her age. They aren't the more powdery scents of older women either though. Instead she's already adopted the more mature scents.
But she'll surprise you now and then though. She had a fondness for citrus-y shampoos and such so sometimes she'll smell more like that. It depends what sort of day you catch her on.
Maybe she smells like BPAL's "Lady Amalthea" - "A luminous white winter musk with lilac, wisteria, white chocolate, white mint, and tuberose."
Julien Sakazaki
He doesn't actually wear hairclips, and he's not usually in a school uniform, though he has taken to wearing a very loose yellow/orange tie. More usually, when the weather's good he'll wear, oh... white polo or button down shirts, cardigans or light jackets or loose open shirts over those, and khakis or somewhat fitted jeans. Always clean and intact, always fitting well, often a little wrinkly or rumpled or not on quite squarely. He takes some pride in his appearance, but it's careless-pride, the kind where you spend effort trying to look effortless.
When out exercising Julien can't keep to those standards and wears T-shirts and long light pants. He's kind of self conscious about showing his legs. His build is smallish/average and he's not as muscular as that fanart yet, but he'll get there! It's showing already.
Yuuya's creator wrote of his anthropomorphization - Google Translated - that he wears "Military boots equipped to be able to rush to the hero business of justice at any time." Julien is not a hero of justice, and wears hightop sneakers. Often black ones.
Julien weights significantly less than he looks like he should, since he has bird lungs and air sacs all through his torso and a little in his arms. If he's examined carefully it can be perceived that he doesn't breathe normally, his chest moves too much and in a weird way. His usual posture, body language, and expression all suggest the same thing - that he's relaxed but alert, cheerful, generally happy, and has energy to spare.
He smells of some kind of cologne, applied sparingly. There may be traces of coffee on him, Old Spice and maybe sweat if he's just been exercising, hair products, clean clothes, maybe some dust and ozone from his jobs. His own personal smell is on the light side with a kind of mild striated texture - yeah, I'm getting synaesthesiac.
Julien's voice is usually pitched high and smiling, though... in that clip he's deliberately being annoying. XD His first language was French, but by now he usually has more of a Midwestern accent.

He's 5'6". I don't know about weight but he's more on the slender side. He's fit but not as toned as his previous incarnation. He tends to have very good posture, doesn't fidget much. (Funny story: the artist for the series sometimes draws him with birds sitting on him, and has said in her commentary that it's because Saitou's the kind of guy who can sit perfectly still for hours. I do intend to Echo back his magical disney princess power someday, yes.)
His default expression is a lineface. He's not terribly expressive about most things.
His appearance hasn't really changed yet from Echoes (although eventually, he'll get white hair and red eyes while he's using his old powers), but his first Echo was changing from being right-handed back to being a lefty like his previous incarnation. Which was horribly confusing and meant that when the game started he was still wearing a wrist brace on his right wrist and pretending he'd injured it and that was why he suddenly couldn't write properly right-handed anymore. He's mostly given up on that by now, though.

Lucy dresses much more in line with modern sensibilities! Like her previous incarnation, she does go for trendier things than she actually prefers, though. Which probably translates into weekly visits to places like Ross to pick through the racks and find the handful of awesome things that landed there amidst the ugly junk, because she's not financially well off enough to shop at upscale places to begin with.
Her hair is dark brown, near black, rather than the purple you see there. She still wears it up, though not with that goofy...thing.
She's almost always smiling and her mannerisms tend towards...well, cute, for lack of a better way to put it. (It's a fair bit more genuine with Lucy than it is with Luca, though; Luca is kind of deeply fucked up and blah blah image issues, while Lucy actually is pretty cheerful without comment.)
OH RIGHT she is itty bitty. 5'2", and I don't recall her canon weight but it was very light. Lucy's still small, same height and probably a touch more weight since she can actually er afford to eat every day, but she's definitely still got a tiny build by nature.

Good images of Anthony are not so difficult to find or screenshot - ones of him as he naturally, "alive-ly" looks are. The best I can show you are his icons - and as for what the way he's seen for most of his canon (if you don't mind looking at somewhat large, respectably creepy images), he goes through the following degrees of zombie-ism very eventually leaving him here. 'F you'd like to see or hear him in action instead, his main part of his canon is all right here, starting about three minutes in.
He doesn't look so different in this incarnation from his original except that he doesn't have quite as much of a severe look to his expressions, and he wears his hair shorter - and though he has started to look different due to Echoes, they haven't left him anywhere beyond pale and shaky at this point.
I picture him as on the tall side and lean - by no means one who easily builds muscle, but definitely fit. He has good posture and a surprisingly confident way of carrying himself for his usual interpersonal demeanor meant to help him seem mature.
The way he dresses is slightly preppy, but not overtly so, and simple and slightly loose-fitting in muted and neutral colors, such as warm grays and browns, off-whites and dull yellows, and dark red, green, and blue. In addition he's been carrying a little cross on a chain with him since sometime in April, but he seldom wears it visible, if he wears it as opposed to simply having it on him at all.
As for how he smells, pffhahaha I don't know what to say but "clean, however long that'll last."
He keeps himself quite pointedly well-groomed by the by - not out of downright showoff vanity but believing he ought to be nice and PRESENTABLE! In particular he puts a certain amount of time into his hair.

Obvs her PB is Ashley McCall Scott. If I had to pick another though, it'd be Lena Heady, for absolute sure. Which'd be hilarious with all these ASOIAF characters :V
Chris wears her hair in a pixie cut, and keeps it kind of messy. It's VERY black. She's also VERY, VERY pale, like, "wow do you even know what the sun is" pale, and ever since high school she's kind of taken advantage of that by being something of a goth/metalhead. She leans more to the classy/subtle side of that fashion, but yes she absolutely does wear her Sabaton and Iron Maiden T-shirts and leather jackets and gigantic chunky heels. She LOVES high heeled boots. She has way too many pairs of knee-high boots and ankle boots and all that. Not a fan of stilettos though, prefers them chunky. She can also be super super classy though and really does like wearing men's suits, and tends to dress deceptively conservatively when she's actually teaching undergrads / tutoring high school students.
She has a fairly boyish figure, though she's got nice hips. VERY flat chested, though. She can actually pass pretty well as an androgynous guy, when she wants to.
She absolutely does the whole "Spend three hours in the bathroom to try to look like she isn't trying" thing. You know what I mean.
RECENTLY! Her wardrobe has been changing a bit. Thanks to her first concrete echo of being a giant space robot, she's been wearing a lot more pale grey and white, and buying more white clothes. If she just throws on clothes in the morning she's started to lean to: red shirt, white jacket, white pants, blue boots, yellow scarf. For some reason, wearing black seems... weird now. Still leans to the punk/metal side of fashion though.
She refuses to wear skirts. Ever. Fuck that.
She's 28 but looks somewhat younger than that, like 22 or 23, I think. Ambiguously 20s.
SMELL. haha oh man it's usually ozone and engine grease, she likes tinkering with random shit in her apartment. That said, in college a friend gifted her the Phoenix Steamworks set from BPAL. She's quite fond of Smokestack.
Important Fact: Chris has the most annoying voice in the world. That's why she tends to exclusively answer network posts in text. Exhibit A also haha wtf is my canon I don't even know?? and uh BETRAYAL MONTAGE
But basically really nasal and whiny. Chris tries to compensate by this by actually speaking in a raspy whisper, which... frankly probably makes it even worse. weirdly, this doesn't stop her from being intensely long-winded, but she still prefers text communication.
Also she has glowing red mechanical eyes now WOOOOOOOO.
She's very animated when she talks and tends to gesture wildly and get super worked up about stuff. DRAMATIC.
and I'm tired so YEP. I wish I had art of her :\

In his reincarnation, Toushirou stands at about 4'7, which is a bit taller than his canon height. Probably weighs somewhere in between 70-75 pounds. Even for eleven years old, this is kinda little. He's healthy and athletic, but there's very little meat on him, so to speak. He's a skinny kid. And don't let the icons fool you: he's blond. Not a rich, striking shade of it, but more like straw-coloured. For now. An echo will change this at some as-yet undetermined point. But those striking green eyes you see in the icons are indeed what you get.
He doesn't put a whole lot of thought into how he dresses; he's more of a function over form person for the most part. Casual stuff, muted colours, and such. Maybe the one exception to form over function he has is that he doesn't care for wearing shorts; he thinks they emphasize his lack of height. Outside of his soccer uniform, you'll never catch him wearing them.
Toushirou actually has a deeper voice than you'd expect for someone his size and age. He sounds more like a young teenager than he does a preteen. But you wouldn't mistake him for an adult if you only had the voice to go on.
His default expression? No, it's not a frown. It's a neutral lineface. But frowning does come far more naturally to him than smiling -- he only smiles around a few select people. He's trying to look mature, okay? And a kid his age can't do that if he smiles. He makes a conscious effort to stand up straight, but isn't very animated when he speaks. Mostly, what you'll get are alterations in his facial expression, such as eyerolling when he thinks you're being dumb. He also has a tendency to huff when he's annoyed. It's an unconcsious habit, and it undermines the mature image he tries to strike.

Like this.Alexander is 6'1" and average in build, if maybe on the lankier side. He's got more musculature in his upper body from on-the-job lifting. Some of his icons have really short hair -- Alex's isn't cut that short. His is more like this and this. His original self had red hair, but his STE self has brown hair that looks reddish in the sun because I am not going to color edit those icons, nope. Also blue eyes but I'm playing them hazel in STE for the same reason as the hair.
He's a very casual dresser -- t-shirts, button-up shirts (that are usually not buttoned up all the way), jeans, and occasionally slacks. Unlike his PB, he doesn't accessorize for fashion, only for weather. His tops tend to be monocolor or very simple in design, like stripes. He likes color and usually purchases their darker shades. He prefers sneakers and slippers for the comfort and ease factor, but he also has a pair of simple leather boots that are probably very worn but maintained, comfortable, and easier to clean than sneakers. He probably has two blazers, one pair of dress shoes, and a few ties that hardly ever see the light of day.
He's a boxers kind of guy, some with silly prints like dinosaurs.
His looks match his age! Twenty-eight going on twenty-nine.
His default expression is pleasantly casual. He's usually wearing a ghost of a smile. He does a lot of brow and lip acrobatics (like this) and he's very handsy -- like, he'll shove his hands in his pockets, only to take them out less than a minute later; he wiggles his fingers in a lazy manner, like he's playing the piano on his thigh; he'll touch his neck a lot, especially when he's thinking or troubled. In general, he is very rarely completely still.
Growing up in a touchy feely family (sans his dad) has made Alex very comfortable with physical contact, platonic and otherwise. His posture is all right; it's not rigid straight, but it's not sloppy, either, except when he's lounging around.
The only aesthetic change he's received from the Echoes is a sharpening and mild elongation of his canine teeth. They're not glaringly obvious, but if he grins or someone is focusing on his mouth as he's speaking, something might seem off.
As for scent, he probably uses something that smells like BPAL's Jabberwocky: "An earthy yet buoyant scent: pine, eucalyptus and orange." Just a tad weaker, though. (Fuck yeah, BPAL!) I also thought of Calico Jack, but I don't have my imps with me to double-check.

shounenboy. Banagher is on the short side, probably just scraping 5'5". I'd actually peg him as shorter in canon, since Bright Noa here is supposedly clocked in at 5'7", but I'm making his reincarnation a little less teacup-sized since he hasn't had to cram himself into any cockpits in this life. He's slender without being skinny and fairly fit on top of that, making him all around compact in build. He weighs more than he looks, also making him stronger than he looks, though it's nothing terribly extreme. Not even gravity can contain the fluffiness of his hair, which is the same dark ash brown. I encourage everyone to ruffle it for good luck or rub your faces in it or grab him by it at least once. Canonly his eyes are straight gold, but reincarnated they lean towards a lighter, warmer hazel. Mostly the same effect.Being expressive, you can usually tell what he's feeling just by looking at him, and there is no 'default'. His body language is open without being dramatic, and his facial expressions definitely smear his heart all over his sleeve. While he tends towards being friendly in posture, he's fairly easy to rile and tense, if a little less so than his preincarnation. It's not unusual for him to flicker between more emotions, both physical and mental, in one conversation than you'd think possible.
He's not overly picky in how he dresses. He likes to be comfortable and warm. His closet is full of jeans and sweat/track pants, lots of really soft cotton t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, and thermals. He likes boots more than sneakers but they're not exactly practical while trekking all over the city. Color palette-wise, he tends to stick to neutral and primary colors. White, off-white, tan, beige, heather grays, muted blues, olive and jade green, red, soft yellow. There might exist some casual slacks and button downs somewhere in there but they don't see the light of day very often.
Scent-wise, nothing notable. Soap or shampoo, mostly.
Like his facial expressions, his voice rarely betrays what he's thinking or feeling, and is equally driven by whatever happens to be bouncing around on the inside of his head. BANAGHER SAYS SILLY THINGS UNIRONICALLY, THE CLIP. English dub for your listening convenience because it's cute.
This isn't very specific since he's a FEEL ALL THE FEELS type but if you want to know character-specifics hit me up, I love stuff like this.
Emery Ayliff • Merlin
Emery is just pushing 6 feet in height and is disappointingly scrawny in stature, which can only be adding to the "starving artist" stereotype that he seems to wear so nicely. It isn't that he doesn't have the potential to bulk up (as we see in the fifth series of Merlin), but at penniless present he lives a fairly sedentary lifestyle and dines on dust and rich tea biscuits. He's all long limbs and pasty white skin that doesn't tan so much as burn right up; less of a problem in Aberystwyth or London, but during Locke City's summers? He keeps covered up.
A diplomat might describe him as having sharp, striking features. His cheekbones are prominent and angular and his ears poke out from under his hair, which he took to wearing slightly longer in his late teens for that precise reason. Unfortunately, most people prefer to describe him as "kind of funny looking", which ... yeah. Isn't exactly untrue, let's be real, because Em is kind of funny looking. Look at that smile, though. How could anyone not want to pinch those cutie-patootie cheeks! Still, despite his big blue eyes, long lashes and eminence of all things bright and youthful, there's a strange kind of wisdom to him that shines through on odd occasions. Sometimes. Kind of.
Emery also has two tattoos, the most prominent being the beautiful dragon that coils from his left knee, around his thigh, up to the curve of his ribs. It's a heavily stylised piece that he designed with the artist who inked him: although it isn't a thematically Asian dragon this should give some idea of its size and positioning. It's vaguely Celtic, docile in sleep and shaded simplistically in bronze, gold and black, and as much a part of who he is as any of his other artistic creations. His second tattoo is significantly smaller — a small triskelion at the base of his neck. No big deal, right?
Anyway. Let's move on to the important part, which is the fact that Em is a blatant (yet unaware) hipster. He's always been pretty good at hiding his frame under chunky-knit cardigans and knee-length jumpers: he likes second-hand clothes shops because that leaves him more money for paints, clay, food and wine, although he does have a bit of a fondness for patterned scarves. Geometric, floral, striped; Emery has quite the collection stashed away in a bag on his door, although he tends to favour his red one, his blue one, and the cream silk one with the little green leaves. Otherwise it's mostly faded jeans, "well loved" boots and plain, un-slogan'd tees, which he's quite happy to amble around in while attracting little attention
His accent is a little peculiar, a lot like the weirdness of Christian Bale's. Although he was born and bred in Wales he did spend several years living in London, before moving across to America to begin his three year degree. So! It's similar to this but with a slight Welsh inflection, which gets stronger as his emotions fluctuate towards angry or unhappy. On occasion he will slip back into his native Welsh when he's speaking very quickly: just for a sentence or two, mind you, so just give him a thump if it happens with you.
Um. And smell. Yeah, Em probably just smells of Dove soap, clay and whatever deodorant he wears, because who can afford cologne in this economic climate. :|

Yyyeah I have no idea about the clothes. I guess "Videogame!" is the closest we'll get to an explanation. At least he's not part of the next generation; they've got the clothes thing even worse.
Anyway. Fred. Looks a lot like that, though without the long hair or the bizarre clothing choices. According to my headcanon he's about 175 cm, as was Felix. (This is, for the record, entirely headcanon; he's shorter than Garet, especially if you include Garet's hair, and he's taller than his sister and the fifteen-year-olds, and that's literally all the canonical height information you can get without comparing specific numbers of pixels.)
Fred tends to wear t-shirt and jeans, even in the summer; I'm not sure he owns shorts, although he does have a swimsuit. I imagine it'll see less use once he starts getting power Echoes that connect him to elemental Earth, so possibly I should do something with it soonish. In any case, he tends toward plain colors and prints (especially in the blue-green-yellow part of the spectrum), with maaaybe an occasional logo.
One of the big things that differentiates Fred from Felix is his expression. Look at that default icon; you see the bit of a smile? That's not abnormal for Fred. Whereas when I'm playing straight Felix, I've got one "smile" icon, and it doesn't get a lot of use. (Admittedly, I tend to play Felix from a future AU where he's lost Sheba and is kinda messed up, but even so.)
Elle Une | Gundam Wing
Her long brown hair is worn loose when she serves as OZ's representative to the colonies in the series as well as when she leads the World Nation forces at the end of the First Eve War onwards. This is the hairstyle she wears as Elle. She's also been known to wear her hair in two braids rolled into buns and tied with pink ribbon when in her crimson OZ uniform earlier in the series. She looks like she has cinnamon rolls on her head. With that severe hairstyle, she would keep her brown eyes behind round eyeglasses. She doesn't wear glasses in game but I like to think she keeps a pair of reading glasses around.
Her usual attire from this canon point consists of smart skirt suits (we see her in one pink and one purple ensemble) and her Preventer uniform consisting of: a green uniform jacket with the Preventer logo emblazoned on the shoulders, a dress shirt in a lighter green worn under it, a dark green tie and a short skirt matching her jacket in shade along with a pair of smart heels. When out in action, the heels are traded in for combat boots and she wears tights under the skirt. Here's a picture. Her wardrobe as Elle is pretty similar. She dresses like a businesswoman. Skirt suits and heels all the way. There's hardly ever a time when she dresses sloppy. When she does, it usually means something's wrong.
In terms of identifying marks, she has a bullet scar from being shot by Tuberov in the chest and it looks a bit like this. Right in the middle.
In terms of celebrity resemblance, I use Troian Bellisario as a PB
because I'm ridiculousbecause I like being able to picture her in clothes that aren't military uniforms or from 1995 sometimes. Also dumb kissing icons. If I ever usewho are not Treize or Zechs or Gundam pilotsfollow her around like puppies in canon plus she has a good camera presence for press cons and speeches so w e l p.Mind you, she doesn't think she's all that attractive? She knows she's pretty but she's not exactly a beauty. She thinks she's pretty plain and that it's mostly confidence that carries her. A peahen is brown and plain but all the peacocks flock to impress her because she knows how to carry herself. In canon, she also has a heavy fixation on mirrors and there are a bunch of scenes where she's dressed and undressed to transition between being a harsh colonel to being a diplomat. I mean one of her major weapons is EXPLODING COMPACT POWDER. Make-up and a mirror in there. She knows appearances are a big deal and her change in looks is a big part of her character development.
Oh, and she wears a lemon vanilla perfume. Blending sweetness and tartness. Sometimes she wears a rose fragrance as well.

Bakura's the same 5 foot 9 he was in canon, though a little less anorexic at 125lbs instead of canon's 115. His hair is a bit shorter than cannon, but still white thanks to the accident he was in that killed his parents. [It took about 2-3 years to fade from it's original black, something he's still kinda bitter about.] Also thanks to the accident (or so he thinks, it's really an echo) he has the same scar that his Thief King self had, a long line under one eye with two lines slashed across it. He also has a really nasty looking scar on his left hand from an echo of the past Bakura Ryou getting his hand impaled.
He's a bit more muscular than the previous Bakura Ryou, thanks to lots of time spent at the gym for anger management, but he still is pretty thin. It's none of the big impressive muscle like Thief King had, it's all understated.
He's 16 and still has a bit of a baby face, which he milks for all he can, and mostly, he has a happy seemingly naive expression on his face, unless he's in a mood, then he's a scowling sulking teenager. But he tries to hide that face and keep up his mask of his cheerful, innocent self. He doesn't like who he is when he's angry and has been working on getting rid of that other face with little luck. He's often rather energetic, especially when he's interested in things. In school, he just slouches in his seat and plays on his phone because screw that busy work. Out of school his stance has a bit of a prideful note to it, and the standard YGO hip jut.
Clothing! Blues and reds, t-shirts and striped monstrosities. He has a dark blue hoodie he's pretty fond of, but has picked up a dark red one in the statue smash party that he's grown pretty attached to as well. He's a t-shirt, jeans and sneakers type, but almost always with something layered over it in the cooler months. He also has a bunch of preppy type clothes he sometimes wears, but mostly he prefers nerdy t-shirts with an open button-down on top of it. His clothes are all clean and neat and any tiny tear is mended by his grandmother (more damaged clothes go out into the rag bin.)
And he has much better taste in clothes than he previously did
As for smell: Combination of those expensive shampoos (because his hair is a bear if he doesn't condition the hell out of it. Heck, it's a bear anyway.) cedar and the very faint note of green tea. (Grandma likes to keep the cedar in the closet fresh to keep out the moths and tea is her cure all for everything.)
As for voice.... he sounds a bit like a girl. Rica Matsumoto's voice still holds and I sadly don't have many good clips of it (because most the subbed/raw YGO clips have been scrubbed off youtube) but... have some wave files! Regular mode yelling for Yuugi Normal Bakura again reacting to being called And Yami Bakura for when he's pissed
Richard "Big Dick" Baelish | ASOIAF
This canon description is pretty much the same as Dick's appearance in game though he's clean-shaven and he wouldn't be caught dead wearing a cloak. In terms of wardrobe, he favors tailored suits though he sometimes dresses down by wearing t-shirts with jeans to "blend in." There's nothing all that extraordinary about how he dresses really. He recently got his mockingbird pin back and he now wears it on his lapel whenever the opportunity presents itself. He hasn't gotten his sword scars from his battle with Brandon Stark just yet but, if he had those, they'd be located "from navel to collarbone."
As for smell, I'd say he smells "expensive?" A really woody men's cologne with notes of booze.
tl;dr--he's purdy
Sasame has always seemed a little tall to me in the anime, so I decided he's about average height for an American guy, say 5'10"-5'11". This makes him pretty tall for a Japanese guy. When he started getting a growth spurt toward the end of middle school he actually had a bit of a complex about his height because he didn't feel "Japanese enough." It was silly because there's still plenty of guys his height in Japan but you know, teenagers. He was a little relieved when he stopped growing.
No idea on his weight, but his build is thin and...bishounen/biseinen-y. He looks a little graceful and almost delicate. (IE: tall but NOT athletic at all.) His preincarnation was pretty athletic but Sam's not at all athletic himself (he actually even had asthma as a kid that he's grown out of) so he doesn't have defined muscles like...at all.
He's 20, and looks about that age. His default expression, when sitting by himself and thinking, is a small, almost dreamy little smile. When he interacts with other people he switches to a much larger smile. He's pretty energetic when interacting with others and is the sort of person that crosses into other people's personal bubbles at times to gesture or put a hand on their shoulder, that sort of thing. He's not to the point of hugging and hanging off of people, though--UNLESS he's with a girlfriend. THEN he's constantly holding onto her or looping his arm with her or snuggling closer in his seat to her, that sort of thing. Of course, he's single right now, so you'd only know this if you've known him for a while. He stands straight when he's walking, but tends to lean forward when sitting down, resting his arms either on his legs or on the table in front of him.
Clothing-wise he dresses in pretty trendy clothing. He likes to use layers and accessories to punch up his look a bit. He likes to play around with color and patterns, too--he usually stops juuust short of looking a bit flamboyant. Purple is his favorite color, so a lot of his clothing has at least some purple in it. You can see his sense of style in the image I posted above but obviously it's a little dated now--I think the clothing he wears in STE is a bit more form-fitting. I've collected some pictures to help give me some ideas of how he dresses here, although I wouldn't say he'd actually wear all of these outfits exactly as shown. I just use them for inspiration.
His hair is naturally black, but he bleaches it. His hair color is similar to this guy's. Sometimes his roots show, but he takes pride in his hair so he keeps up with it well, probably going to a salon once a month to get it trimmed and bleached. And yes, he actually goes to a salon to get his hair done. The only thing he spends more money on than his hair is music-related stuff. Also, his eyes are sort of a golden, honey-colored brown. Echoes haven't changed his appearance yet. Yet.
As for his voice! I'm a huge fan of both his Japanese and English voice actors so I tend to imagine his voice as a little bit of both (but leaning more on the side of the seiyuu--partially because while I like Chris Patton the actual script for the Pretear dub is ehhhhh...not great). In general he speaks very gently, with a warm tone, although he can sound pretty mischievous when joking around.
You can hear him in Japanese here (I vote for watching until 9:15 because you get him acting innocent while horribly teasing someone--yes I absolutely think he did that on purpose!). English version of the scene is here! (Chris Patton sounds EVEN MORE like he's teasing her which is hilarious to me. Yes, this is why I picked that scene.) Also have
softcore porn musichis image song. If you want Chris Patton singing, there's uh...there's this. You're welcome.no subject
Obviously I'm in a serious mood today.

i should not be typing at this hourLucas is... short. He's really short for his age, possibly. There was never any full detail given from the game anyway. And his meek personality pretty much adds up for his small stature.
For clothing, I drew this. I always imagined that he'd be wearing a hat like the other MOTHER protags. Plus, the game equips him with hats, even if his sprite doesn't show... so!
He retains his blue eyes, and blonde hair. OH OH and in his current incarnation, his hair is a lot messier compared to his weird gravity-defying hair in the game.
I COULD JUST DRAW MORE OF REINCARNATION LUCAS AND SHOW IT TO YOU GUYS INSTEAD but im too sleepy :c

Robb Stark / Robb Smith
...ahem. As you may have noticed, Robb's PB is Richard Madden, mostly because I am lazy as fuck and don't want to change it when the guy already plays him in the TV series. As you also may have noticed, Madden looks a lot younger when he doesn't have facial hair, so poor Robb gets that as well. Thankfully, he barely ever shaves, but when he does he usually gets refused at the bars and has to use his ID. ("No, really, I'm 21." "Ha! Likely story.")
Robb is 5'9'' and doesn't actually have a lot of muscle going on. It's there, thanks to street fights in the past and a few of his shorter-lived jobs, but he's somewhat skinnier than he used to be, seeing as he doesn't regularly train at swordfighting. There are a few scars, but they've healed over and faded by now, and not immediately obvious to people not looking for them. Basically, for both height and weight he's pretty average.
He's a very casual dresser, usually going with whatever he can throw on with no regard given to fashion and trends. He's likelier to wear a day-old shirt and jeans, maybe a leather jacket if there's a coffee stain (and those are surprisingly common with him), than anything even remotely trendy. Hell, if he has a choice to showing up at a formal event wearing casual street wear or wearing a tuxedo (which makes him itch), he'll take the casual street wear. Before this whole thing went down, he didn't really have a color preference, but these days he's found himself wearing grey and white more and more often. And red? Ha, yeah, right.
He smells like coffee. And dogs. And occasionally alcohol, but that's when he's been having a rough time. No, he doesn't usually use cologne. He does have some stashed away, but he'll only bring it out for dates, which are also the only time he actually pays more attention to what he's wearing than usual.
As for his voice, it sounds like Richard Madden's does in GOT, only a lot more casual. Here's a sample. There's a slight Scottish lilt to it, mostly picked up from his dad, whose father moved to America from Scotland and never really lost the accent. Robb's father picked it up, and then Robb himself picked it up as well, though it lessened by the generation.
Oh my god his hair. He still has the Tully curls, yes, and it's often a bit disheveled. Occasionally, like on really bad hair days, he'll wear a hat. It is the dorkiest hat. (Hint: it's the one from Firefly. In his defense, it was at a garage sale.) He's never going to wear that crown of his, lbr, he'll just use it as a glorified paperweight forever and ever. Be horrified at him.
He's something of an open book most of the time--his emotions display themselves pretty clearly. And even when he's trying to hide something, it'll still show in slouching just a little more, sticking his hands in his pockets, running a hand through his hair, that sort of thing. He's obvious like that, sob.
He has a dog. It is an adorable husky puppy named Ice, and Ice usually hangs around his apartment a lot. Robb takes him out for a walk weekly, though, so feel free to catch him walking it. One day, he'll get back Grey Wind (aka his direwolf), and then he'll be walking them both. At night.

Now, her actual appearance in canon is very difficult to get a decent screencap of because she's nearly always covered up by something, or too small to get a good idea of how she looks, or crying over spoilers, etc. So yeah, sorry about this one having ending credits on it, but have this adorable screencap of Takako and Sasame.
Here's one of her Mikage disguise.
Here's one of Fenrir and another.
Overall what I went with is that her overall shape and stature is much like Takako's. Kinda on the skinny side, tends towards looking a bit shy and withdrawn. Not really athletic looking either since the only exercise she tends to get is walking to class. Since she has no official height, I put her at 5'3". She normally has short hair like Mikage's, but with the recent echoes she's gained it likely will get longer, but not the length of Fenrir's on a normal basis. Yeah, there's a reason why Sasame called her Rapunzel in the art gallery, because he does know what powers she's already gotten back. She's also half white, half Japanese and really about all she got on the Japanese half was the natural black hair and her short stature. She is 19 and would look it, possibly even looking a tiny bit younger.
As far as what she tends to wear, she nearly always wears dresses and long skirts. She loves dark colors, purple is her favorite. She'll also wear blues, greens, reds, and black. She loves pretty and frilly outfits that make her look very girly. Basically she looks nothing like the geek that she is. Until she gets better control of her echo that lets her use her hair as a weapon, she's taken to wearing hats and pinning her hair up in it to disguise the fact that it's grown a decent amount longer (and the fact that the ends are very uneven).
And as far as scents, I imagine she likes berry scents, so like strawberry, raspberry, etc. She'd wear perfume that is vanilla scented.
And as far as how her voice sounds, here's one of her as Mikage. Seriously, finding clips of her that aren't massive spoilers is not an easy thing.

Also, Sam really appreciates Tamara's girly sense of fashion!

But lol for a more detailed response, since he puts a lot of effort into his appearance he appreciates when girls do, too. He thinks there's plenty of cute girls out there that don't care about fashion as much and that's fine, but fashion can really highlight a person's personality, you know? So he likes the hint of the girly personality to sort of balance out the snark.
Also, it's cute.

Of course not like she'd ever admit that she finds Sam extremely handsome as well, at least not yet.

Leonhardt is definitely the much easier character of my two to describe because his appearance didn't change much from canon. He's 6'2", which is actually a very close estimate to what we could find from canon. The hair color is actually his natural one, it's more of a greyish blond shade and in canon was referred to as ash blond. The main difference is that his eyes are a more bluish shade that will look purple depending on the light.
His build is quite skinny, but very athletic. Think something like what you'd see from a professional male dancer and that's about the build he has. He does have a weird tendency to be really quiet in his movements without meaning to, but if one is listening carefully enough they could hear him walking up to them because he most definitely doesn't have the level of stealthy movement he had in canon. As far as clothing goes, he'll tend towards darker colors, very casual, and loose fitting stuff. Overall, not too unlike his canon outfit, just minus the trenchcoat and red choker and more modern looking. He prefers black because it doesn't tend to show random stains from working on stuff. He does like a light cologne, but often will also have the smell of metal and oil on him since he's usually messing around with robotic stuff. He also does have a tendency to have some of the weirdest things that he carries on him, so it's not uncommon to see something like a screwdriver in his pocket and stuff like that.
He's more the type who will hang back and watch things. He's somewhat reserved though when engaged in conversation he's more than capable of holding his end of the conversation nicely. He also doesn't lineface nearly as much as he did in canon and one may actually seem him smile and laugh. He'd be more inclined to look deep in thought.
I run with his Japanese voice actor, Hikaru Midorikawa for how his voice sounds because I really dislike his English one a lot. Considering how little voicing his canon has, that says a lot for how bad it was. Since I'm too lazy to try and dig up one of the drama CDs, here's a clip from one of his special attacks to get the idea.
Also a fun fact to mention if anyone sees the sword he has already regained, it has no apparent blade.

AARON STRIDER
Appearance: He is 6'2", 35, but looks about ten years older. He's tall, obviously, with a very wiry build. There's little to no actual muscle definition, but he's stronger than he looks. Face-and-hair-wise, for the sake of simplicity the icons are accurate: light brown hair, short, parted to the side.
This is Aragorn, so I feel I need to specify that his hair is clean and not this mess.As for clothes, he dresses professionally enough when he's in the clinic -- collared shirt (no tie) under a white coat. Outside of it, though...his clothes are all very clean but kind of old/worn. He wears simple, generic things that aren't in danger of going out of fashion, often in layers that make him look like a street person.
Probably the most distinctive thing Aaron Strider wears is a gray overcoat that comes down to about his knees. It's a damn good coat, and even though he's had it for a long time, it's in good repair. He'll wear it less as the weather warms up, though.
Voice: Yep, we're going with Viggo Mortensen here, too, but the accent is Midwestern. Very generically-American, not a whole lot stands out about the way he talks.
Smell: Aaron smells very clean. If he's just left the clinic, the disinfectant-smell clings to him for a while, but otherwise it's a neutral, clean smell. There is no pot smell to him -- he doesn't indulge nearly as often as I joke about. It's an extremely rare thing.
General: Aaron's eyes can get real fucking intense, man. It's not to the point of canon, where if he gives you a Look it's hard to meet his gaze, but there's something unsettling about them. Aaron doesn't do it much, since unless he's doing something important he prefers to fade into the background and observe, but if he fixes you with a piercing or a searching look? You'll probably feel a little uncomfortable or awkward.
Also he was a huge cutie when he was younger. Yep.
ARAGORN II ELESSAR TELCONTAR
(aka when Aaron gets his canon body back)
Appearance: Most notably, Aaron will get four inches taller and his hair will turn black. He's also going to look at least five years younger than he actually is, since Numenorians live to be 200+ years and age slowly. He'll gain muscle, though his general build will still be tall and lean rather than broad-chested.
HE IS NOT REGAINING THE HORRIBLE AWFUL LIVING-IN-THE-WOODS-WITHOUT-EVER-CHANGING-CLOTHES RANGERSMELL
I JUST WANT TO GET THAT OUT THERE
dirty ranger version
....I tried really hard to find a clean king version but had a really hard time of it, funnily enough, so you get no picture of him all cleaned up.
HOWEVER, YOU DO GET THIS EXTREMELY APPROPRIATE DRAWING.

He has one tattoo of a stylized thorny wine snaking along the inside of his right thigh and ending in a rose at his hip - all in black, save the rose that is deep red. He also has ribbon of multicolored small stars around his left wrist.
Fay is 23 but he looks somewhat younger, sort of stuck on perma-19 until further notice. His hair just like in canon is a natural fair blond, if a bit shorter, and he occasionally adds some blue or pink to for shits and giggles. His eyes are a fairer shade of blue than his preincarnation, that will darken once his magic starts coming back. That's because in canon, the actual shade of his eyes is what gives him his magic, no joke. He's fairly pale, and burns easily. So basically this but with fairer eyes and a bit shorter hair - for now.
Like his preincarnation, Fay smiles a lot. But unlike him, the smiles are not really there to hide anything, even though they can still be forced and/or lacking in substance. He doesn't have nearly as good a poker-face as his preincarnate. His body-language is by habit what one might call stereotypical camp, and rather excessive. His posture an be a bit slouch-y, and he often leans against things and people alike.
His clothing is blessedly free of the belly-shirts he seems to favor in canon, because that's so 90's, and just like his body-language tends to lean toward the camp side of the spectrum. He likes bright patterns, and like his preincarnate version has a fondness for fluffy/long coats. He probably spray-paints his pants onto his body.
Fay sadly always smells faintly of cigarettes and/or weed, but he often tries to cover it up with fairly subtle colognes, since strong ones make him sneeze. His hair smells fruity because so does his shampoo.
Nothing can quite express how annoying his voice is as well as this (PLEASE NOTE that he is not as short as he appears in the anime jfc), and in this incarnation he speaks with a very distinct west-Texas twang.
