[Well, this was one of his two days off that Jackson had so why not spend it at the mall with the other teenagers? You know, be an actual normal 18 year old that wasn't already an assistant manager at an ice cream parlor in the mall.

Why was he here again? Oh, right, because apparently some new book was out that everyone was clamoring to get. He figured he could check it out, but after seeing the rush, it seemed better off to just wander.

And bump into someone.]

Nah, you're fine. It's really crowded in here. [He straightened his shirt and shoved his hands into his pockets, rocking on his sandaled feet.] Here for the new book or whatever?

[Richard straightens his jacket, gives the inside of the book store a glance and follows it up with a shrug.] Me? Nah. Just wasting some time.

[Before a meeting that would no doubt be more of a waste of his time than the actual, active act of wasting time. Being an adult was hard.
