Test Drive Meme!
Scenarios:
> The Park. Man, what a nice day out. Why not enjoy it? I'm sure -- shit, yep, there's some echo monsters.
> The Mall. Exactly what it says on the tin! Dodge the hordes of teenage mallrats or take part, whichever suits your tastes.
> Rainy Day. Agh, it's fucking awful out. And is it raining those vermilion things?? Now you've got an Echo to contend with on top of everything else. Find some shelter, quick!
> PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. HOW FUN
> Arts and Crafts Fair. All the kitschy fun you can imagine.
> Wild Card! Make up your own.

Nah, it couldn't be....]
I think he really likes you! Haha, I'm not too surprised, you did find him and stuck with him after all this time! I just hope we can find them in time...
no subject
I'm sure we will! They've got to be looking for him too.
no subject
Of course! And besides, we got the police as back up! I'm sure they'll help out a defenseless puppy around! [Even though she doesn't really trust them...
But speaking of which...]
Hey, mind if I ask you something? Have you h- [Before she could even finish her sentence, there was some barking in distance.] Huh? Hey, boy, you got something?
no subject
[Evan glances over at the source of the noise and realizes that the dog is definitely talking. Evan doesn't know if the girl he's with can hear it, but he is definitely understanding that barking. Not that he needs it to hear excited yaps as "Look! I found her," but it's hard to deny that he's getting more out of it than he should.
This is so weird.]
...Heh. Look at that.
no subject
[The girl asked as she tiled her head to the side. Sadly, she can't quite understand what the dog was saying but she couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the other male.]
But anyway, I think he might have found something! He's going that way! [She said before running after him! Let's go!]
no subject
Hey, wait up!
[Following the source of the barking, he can see the dog up ahead running around a woman in her late twenties. That must be the one he came with, then.]
I think we've found our guy.
no subject
As she made her way to the woman, she began to wave toward her.]
Hey there! I think we found your dog, miss! He was missing not too long ago but we managed to find him for you!
[Or at least she hoped that it was the owner!]
no subject
Whoa there, boy!
[The woman laughs and makes a remark about the dog's liking for him, to which Evan can only laugh nervously.]
O-of course! I've always been good with animals.
no subject
It looks like he really likes you! You should probably work with animals at this rate!
[And Abby couldn't help but agree herself!]
Huh, really? Then why don't you work with them then?
no subject
[Evan shrugs.]
Once I hit college I'm studying to be a vet, like my dad. For now, though...
[He tickles the dog's belly and laughs at the reaction he gets, if slightly subdued because he still can't get over the fact that the dog talks.]
It's fun enough just playing around with these guys.
no subject
It's really nice isn't it? To just continue playing around with animals and just doing your best with them!
[Although, that's not really what she was saying. It must be nice, to know exactly what you want to do with yourself.
But she leans down to give a small pet to the dog]
Haha, I'm jealous! I wish I was this good with animals!
no subject
[This guy isn't his dog, though, so Evan stands up and thanks the dog's owner.]
no subject
[She said before looking at both the dog and the owner. As she waved off to them, she gave Evan another look.]
He seems to really like you. And I mean really like you!
no subject
[What to say what to say what to say.]
Well, that's no surprise! I'm just that good, you see.
no subject
[She smirked right back at him!]
It's not fair, I wish I was that good! Now I want to work with animals because of you!
no subject
no subject
Well, I guess I could...I just need to figure out how to manage that between school work, chorus, and all the chores I have to do at home...
But it can't be too difficult to go volunteer right? Especially with animals! Who can resist that?
no subject
You can do all that?
no subject
[/blunt]
But that doesn't mean I can't try right?
[Don't burn yourself out, Abby!]</small

no subject
[And she's totally serious about this!]
Believe me, I can commit if I wanted to!
[Why won't you believe her?]
no subject
[He's not going to argue that point any further.]
Just making sure, that's all.
no subject
...Do you even believe if I tried? [Hm...]
no subject
I don't know how you work, so I wouldn't know.
no subject
....
......
...
By the way, what is your name anyway?
