A last round of the CR/Plotting Meme for Season 1 - gear up further for the finale and/or breather and/or entrance into Season 2! And, of course, no end of more general purposes.

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Shotaro Hidari | Steven Huguenot
Pre-Incarnation:

A "half-boiled" private detective and noir fanboy who forms half of superhero Kamen Rider W with his partner, Philip. Shotaro is a giant loser nerd.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Steven went to elementary school in Locke, then moved away, and only came back this year for college. He goes to art school in Locke, and works at a craft store (like Joann's). He runs a webcomic named Orpheus Contract that's somewhat popular, and will be starting up a new, short-run comic based on the events of the Wise Snake attack. Also he's a comic nerd and attends local conventions and comic store events regularly.

Open/Wanted CR: He runs a class at the craft store for... cake frosting art... so there's that. Alternately, volunteers for life drawing classes get paid, so if you have a character likely to have modeled, I'm down. He lives in an apartment complex popular with local college students and he's got enough online presence to have run a Kickstarter. I'm open for anything, especially people willing to call Steven out on being a nerd.

Other Info: Steven will be apping with the reincarnation of Shotaro's partner, Philip, but I'm open for pretty much anything outside of that relationship because it's going to get co-dependent and messy.

Natalie Sherman/Naoto Shirogane | Persona 4

Pre-Incarnation: Naoto Shirogane

Teenage ace detective, huge detective fiction/tokusatsu nerd. Persona-user in everyone's favorite Scooby Doo Simulator.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Nat is 16, and has lived in Locke her whole life. Goes to LCHS. She doesn't have a lot of friends, but people have probably seen her around. She mostly just keeps to herself. She hangs out at Radio Shack, hardware stores and hobby shops a decent amount along with book and toy shops. Niece of a police detective, so it's possible cops on the network would be aware of her.

Open/Wanted CR: LAW ENFORCEMENT PEOPLE, SHE HAS SO MANY QUESTIONS. Also people for her to nerd out about Ultra Squad and Karate Bugman with. Or talk about how fucking rad Philip Marlowe is! And SAM SPADE, man, do you have any idea. Generally, I'd like to bring her out of her shell and comfort zone to get her some actual friends.

Other Info: Set to be Jason Sherman's niece. Also Matt Abbot's cousin through the other side of her family.

Stephen Bean | Impmon | Digimon Tamers

Pre-Incarnation: Impmon - Digimon Tamers

His original self was a bit of a bratty runaway 'mon who thought partnering was demeaning, went hellbent on building power on his own, lashed out in spite with tragic results against the protagonist humans and Digimon, was one-two punched to some sense and humility, and hurtled onto the track to make amends.

Steve, should he come in, will still be a still bratty if not-so or differently ambitious kid of fourteen, hotheaded, hating not to be taken seriously, and with a playful and outgoing attitude that lends itself to mischief-making in a punkish troublemaking phase.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Steve has divorced parents and two younger brothers and would ICly, as of this comment, be finishing up his last year of middle school - he might have been a bit of a bully to this point from late elementary school or at least with a reputation for being an instigating loudmouth and prankster on one hand, and on the other, he might be friends with either anyone he might've gotten up to tricks with or otherwise, depending on the patience level of any prospects!

Open/Wanted CR: Checks and balances, people for him to but heads hard with and/or perceive as rivals, get into trouble with, idols of sorts, and all others should be a bit of fun!

Other Info: I'm toying with the idea of him being able to take a partner once he Echoes fully into a Digimon - if you've got a character who might benefit from having an emotionally-symbiotically-bonded vaguely devilish 'Mon bodyguard-slash-best-friend in the future, do let me know and we can most definitely give CR a trial run toward that potential end.

Reagan Quinn | Regene Regetta | Gundam 00

Character: Reagan Quinn
Pre-Incarnation: Regene Regetta

Reagan is a twenty two year old Locke City University double major in an accelerated program. He's working on his Doctorate in Computer Science with a focus in Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms and already has a Masters in Computer Engineering with a focus on Compilers and Operating Systems under his belt. If you're in science, engineering, computer, or mathematics related courses, you might have run into him. Unless you're in a similarly advanced program, he's been about two years younger than the average age group in a grade/year since high school. He's the only son of Vincent and Vera Quinn, a wealthy publishing businessman and a fashion designer respectively. He'll be around downtown (if there's any of it left) in amazingly nice clothes, fancy cars, and seem awfully sophisticated, but...

In reality, Reagan's the laziest slug ever, especially when he doesn't have a whopper of a Starbucks order in him. All the professional and stuck up pretense is solely for his parents' benefit. They run in rich social circles so if you're the 1%, you'll probably know him or have at least seen him.

I am making plans which I can't discuss fully yet, but I hope to torment you all. He'll be getting memories back of being being an advanced engineered bio-organic terminal. He's a playful schemer rather than a fighter.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities:

Open/Wanted CR: I'd kill for any antagonist roles. SOMEONE PLEASE BACKHAND HIM! It shouldn't be difficult with his personality! I need this echo like I need oxygen. Considering Regene rides the very fine line of an antagonist in his series, I'd actually like to introduce Reagan on a more positive and friendly note, because it'll be more fun to deconstruct later.

Other Info: Also, Reagan was conceived in-vitro fertilization. Both the egg and sperm were donated, and he's actually a brother related to Eugen Lambert. This leaves a lot of room for future Innovade siblings or half-siblings. Also, if you're more comfortable plotting on plurk, you can add me at vacate for shenanigans. I will attempt not to tl;dr you.

Jackson Overland/Jack Frost | Rise of the Guardians

Pre-Incarnation:
A trickster immortal who has amnesia and the power over winter weather. Then he's told he's to protect all the kidlets of the world by Santa, the tooth fairy, the easter bunny and the sandman. Badness ensues.


Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Well for one, Jackson is the cousin of your resident Danny Fenton related through Jackson's mom to Danny's dad. He didn't live in Locke though so he only ever came to visit. However, his family would've moved to Locke as of early 2014 (because I don't think anyone sane would move there after giant snake attacks) so kids from the local public school might know him.

Open/Wanted CR: Classmates, friends, people to help him break all da rules. Anyone really. Maybe kids he knew when he used to come visit Locke City.

Other Info: Currently I'm planning on making him a bit of a nervous wreck with a strict following of any rules by any superior figure. Ex. Listenin to the teacher, to the parents, anyone 100% of the time.

Mercutio Stratford | Tybalt, King of the Court of Dreaming Cats | October Daye

Pre-Incarnation: Tybalt, King of the Court of Dreaming Cats (Cait Sidhe)

Canonly: This guy is canonly a Cait Sidhe (cat faerie) living in San Fransisco in the 21st century, though he was alive in London in 1666.

STE: Think Tom Hiddleston. Trained Shakespearean actor from London, recently gained some international fame from a movie role. Very pretty, polite, and well-spoken, though good luck getting anything on his private life out of him.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: College friends, actor friends, other celebrities, people he grew up with--he'd have a lot of options!

Open/Wanted CR: See above! Co-stars especially, or other people he'd know.

Other Info: He would have been in the UK until his movie role, so there's that. Otherwise, name a Shakespeare thing and he's probably been there.

Nepeta Leijon | Homestuck

Pre-Incarnation:

Formerly Nepeta Leijon, member of a bloodthirsty alien race who ended up playing an apocalypse game with her friends. Is now Nyah, the very weird daughter of slightly less weird parents who has spent the majority of her life traveling Africa with her family doing volunteer work.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's only semi-recently moved to Locke and is being homeschooled to boot, so I'm not sure how many close pre-network relationship opportunities there are. She's very active and goes jogging in addition to poking around pretty much anywhere in the city, so people could have run into her that way.

If any characters frequent those weird new age/spiritual kind of stores, they've probably seen her at least once. She's in there a lot, usually getting into an argument with employees.

Open/Wanted CR: Everything..? I haven't even apped her yet so that's kind of a given, haha. Nyah's going to be very into people with precognition abilities, so expect her to harass any character who mentions that.

She's a pretty strange kid so I'm up for negative cr or people worrying about her or whatever. I want it aaaaall.

Other Info: I have no idea how far the other Nepeta got with Echoes/the sharing of said memories, but if I do end up being accepted whenever apps open back up I would be so down for playing with that.

Anything Else?: What am I doing with my life.

Rosalind and Robert Lutece | Bioshock Infinite

Former extremely confusing transdimensional travelers. Now they are a scientist couple working for everyone's favorite company, Thundercorp. Very scientifically interested in the network. They don't bite guys, they know to save their own skin.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Fellow colleagues at Thundercorp, older people that might see them around the city. Members of the scientific community might know who they are. Robert also sometimes did substitute teacher stuff at the high school. Rosalind laughed at him for a week.

Open/Wanted CR: Basically anyone that can stand them.

Other Info: They are married, but they're biologically different people. That might change soon. /evil laughter

Evan Kapur (Ivar) | Tales of Xillia

Character: Evan Kapur (tentative), formerly known as Ivar!
Pre-Incarnation: Shaman and personal servant to the Lord of Spirits, but really kind of an overenthusiastic loser who wants to be a main character.

Reincarnated as a still-overenthusiastic loser in his sophomore year at Locke City Academy. His dad runs a veterinary clinic, his mom teaches Hindu mythology at Locke City University. Evan likes animals and his parents expect him to take over his father's clinic when he's older, but otherwise he doesn't really have set goals in life and tries to make up for it by tackling everything with way too much energy (and getting into dumb accidents now and then as a result).

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Fellow LCA students, people who might know his parents (veterinarian father, professor mother), maybe actual friends! I'm still flexible with his father aside from his job, so cousins are a potential thing too.

Open/Wanted CR: Evan is almost surely going to try and run into things he shouldn't (he's going to be upset he missed the Wise Snake stuff, for example). People to engage in dumb antics with or to keep Evan from getting himself killed would be great, but really anything else would be too!

Other Info: None really.

Hazel | Watership Down

Pre-Incarnation: Hazel

Hazel is the leader of a band of wild rabbits who, prompted by the visions of Hazel's psychic brother (yes, a psychic rabbit), leave their home warren to found a new warren of their own. They have adventures along the way.

Bun is a domestic rabbit who is let loose to fend for himself and, at this point, has his first Echo of Hazel's life. He is rescued (by a Numbers person? by NPCs? I don't know) and enters our story.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: If a person would like to have rescued Hazel and either turned him over to a rescue group or kept him to live as a house pet, that can have happened. If a person is the kind of character who wouldn't necessarily have rescued a domestic rabbit from an urban setting, or perhaps didn't realize that they aren't wild rabbits, they could have seen Bun out and about.

Open/Wanted CR: Other animals! Other people who have found themselves thrust by circumstance into a leadership role, as the echoes of Hazel's life proceed to inform Bun. Other people who would have in any way interesting, humorous, or fun interactions with a rabbit.

Other Info: This Hazel is from the book, not the 1978 film which apparently scarred many a child in its day with scary images of animated bunnies fighting. The book is actually much less traumatizing, I assure you. There's even a chapter literally entitled "Dea ex Machina" where a cute little girl rescues Hazel from what would seem sure doom, and takes him to a veterinarian. As such, I feel no qualms about keeping Hazel's in-game life from getting grimdark.

Anything Else?: Hazel was a brown rabbit. I haven't decided on a definite appearance for Bun, the reincarnation -- I'm considering either a black-and-white Dutch rabbit or an orangey-looking rex. As his Echoes proceed, I think he'll start to grow in brown fur.

jesse ellias/roxas | kingdom hearts

Pre-Incarnation: Roxas

Created when Hero of Light Sora lost his heart, Roxas is a "Nobody" with the power to wield the Keyblade (among other abilities). Throughout the series, Roxas makes the transition from curious and headstrong member of the Organization to the darker, more rebellious, and wiser half of Sora at the end of Dream Drop Distance.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Jesse is a RETIRED WORLD RENOWNED SIX TIME GRAND SUMO TOURNAMENT CHAMPION Junior in Locke City Academy private high school. He's currently member of the photography club and plays on the school's men's soccer team. His father works outside of Locke City in engineering and contracting, while Jesse's gentler mother and bratty older sister live with him in one of the more well-off sectors of the city. He's lived in Locke his whole life, but he's also used to travel. He has extended family in Philadelphia and visits them on certain holidays. Personality-wise, he's softspoken and kind of wimpy and average. Geek about photography/cameras/National Geographic, a science fiction series I haven't decided the name of yet, and dogs.

He's also LACTOSE INTOLERANT so no jokes about getting ice cream with him in here, nerds. If you mention sorbet I will personally sock you in the snot factory

Open/Wanted CR: At Locke Academy, anyone in his class and club members!! if there are any! are super welcome to know him and pal around with him. In terms of reincarnation stuff, he's been pretty sheltered from a lot of what's really gone on in the city and he doesn't have negatively-charged relationships often. Pick on him, be friends with him, punch him out, do anything you want. Any kind of fight he puts up will be hilariously weak. Big huge weenie.

Other Info: Jesse is set to be one of the good friends of Olette, Danny Fenton's girlfriend. They currently attend the same private school. Nothing other than that!

Deren Karim / Setsuna F Seiei | Gundam 00

Pre-Incarnation: Setsuna F Seiei

The kid from Gundam 00 that seriously said 'I am Gundam' and meant it. He was an introverted pilot of Exia, 00/00-Raizer and Qan[t]. Also turned into an Innovator which is basically a fancy way of saying New Type if you're familiar with Gundam Unicorn.

Now! He's a 20 year old who just started his first semester at Locke City University under their Engineering program. Currently he's focusing on just basic Engineering but will most likely specialize under Environmental Engineering. He was home schooled till the last two years of high school where he got to go to public school and fell into a really bad crowd. He's been picked up for underage drinking and possession, and got formally reprimanded by his parents. They left him to deal with his own screwed up life early last year and he's only just started to calm down and figure himself out. He'll work at the local Starbucks, right down the street from LCU and works all the morning shifts with night classes.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: No immediate family, they've all moved to California. If anyone wants to have been one of those assholes who convinced him drinking and drugging was totally a grand idea, I'm game. He's not friends with them anymore but would know them.

Open/Wanted CR: Negative CR would be great, the kid has a trigger that's easy to flip so anyone who wants to flip it feel free. Any University buddies would be great too.

Other Info: He will gradually echo back his silence from Setsuna, so he'll go from a noticeably chatty guy to more silent and introverted as the echos go on.

Pre-Incarnation: Hibiki Hōjō

Formerly a teenage girl with a bright personality that excelled at sports, loved sweets but had a real hard time with school work. Ended up becoming a magical girl who fought crazy monsters and saved the world with the power of love and music.

Now she's a sixteen-year-old trying hard for track and field scholarships because she does not want to go into the military like her parents.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: A military brat who has lived all of the globe with her parents and little sisters. She lived in Locke City when she was still in elementary school but left when her family was stationed elsewhere, her family returned at the beginning of the last school year and she began attending LCHS. So entended family, teammates, friends from when she was a kid, friends from now and all sorts of school acquaintances. Probably co-workers too, if I decide what sort of job she could actually have.

Open/Wanted CR: All kinds! Along with track and field, she's probably also been in ROTC and done volunteer work. She's quite a stickler for the rules although she fights against her military upbringing. Enjoys video games, laser tag, science fiction and some currently unnamed new horror series on television.

Other Info: I can already imagine her horror when that magical girl transformation happens. On a lesser note, echoing back that sweet tooth is going to be a hilarious.

Reincarnation: A detective for the Locke City Police Department who came from a poor family. He's incredibly interested in the "superhuman" phenomenon going on in the city and wants to dig in deeper to see what he can find out for the sake of curiosity. His methods are, at times, questionable.

Pre-incarnation: Some snazzy carapacian mobster who likes suits and the occasional kidnapping. He was also very fond of Swedish Fish and ultraviolence. Might possibly be dead since his universe died oops.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities:
Police force!
If your character is a law enforcement official of any sort, there's a chance that they might know Don, whether it's personally or from word of mouth. He's been on the police force for quite some time, too, so they could be coworkers as well.

Childhood friends...?
For any olderish characters. He grew up in the poorer parts of Locke City and spent most of his time managing his family's deli, so hey maybe and why not.

Open/Wanted CR:
Antagonistic CR!
More specifically: Don breaking someone's trust! Don being busted. It'd be fun to play with the more morally grey areas of being a Number and being a law enforcement official, especially when he starts regressing back into a weird insectoid thing.

Other Info: Not any I can think of tbh he can still play saxophone really well I guess.

Pre-Incarnation: Estelle Jeanard, also (unfortunately??) known the Last Dragonborn

A former thief with the timeless luck of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Almost ends up executed but is instead sparred when a dragon shows up to fuck shit up, turns out she can fuck shit up for dragons by being able to eat their souls. Also something about stopping a civil war and saving the world too.

Now she's been reincarnated as some seventeen-year-old punk with a fashion blog. She's lived in Locke for the whole of her life, attending the Starling-Chandler School since she was in kindergarten. She's lived a very, very comfortable life thanks to her parent's money.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: As mentioned, she's lived in Locke all of her life and spent all of that time being schooled Starling-Chandler. She's an only child and lives with her mother and father in a well-off section of the city, she's wanted to be a fashion designer since she was a little girl and spends all of her free time sketching, sewing and taking photos for inspiration. She's also plays on the tennis team and hangs out in any art/fashion clubs.

Open/Wanted CR: Anyone out their interested in modeling her fashion creations? Ahahaha.

Other Info: One day, she'll echo back her ability to use one of her Shouts and it'll be hideous when she accidentally blows a door off it's hinges or knocks someone over like a loser, so much she'll probably refuse to speak for some time.

Youmu Konpaku | Touhou Project

In canon: A half-ghost gardener slash bodyguard serving the princess of the netherworld. Buttmonkey.
In StE: One of a pair of orphan sisters adopted by a german man obsessed with samurai. Raised on kendo and half-nonsense bushido. Would very much like to be an ordinary kid, but it is not her nature. Buttmonkey.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Not yet decided whether to put her at LCHS or at the fancy private school, but friends are open either way. Family is pretty much locked (Unless someone wants to app Sanger BE OUR SAMURAI DAD). Probably a lifelong Locke native.

Open/Wanted CR: People who really like swords for her to try an fail to distance herself from. People related to ghosts in some way. Pretty much anything other than romantic partners is on the table.

Other Info: The talk going on is the idea of Youmu Konpaku (Touhou Project) and Peko Pekoyama (Dangan Ronpa 2) being sisters. We'll see whether or not it happens.

Pre-Incarnation: Philip

Lucas is the son of a state representative, raised in all sorts of privilege and whatnot, but he's an unusual enough person to not have ever been cruel or a bully because of it. He's one of the most popular kids at LCA, because he's got an eidetic memory and makes it a point to know all the other students' names and what they're up to at any given time. On the other hand, he's something of a social butterfly who doesn't have any really close friends. He's done a lot of different school activities, but never really stuck with any of them.

He studies, but never very hard. He spends a lot of time partying, but just enough that it doesn't get him in trouble with his dad for being a pain in the ass. He's gay, but closeted, and he really doesn't want it to get out at school. His dad's a dick and a republican, so if it comes out in public that he's gay, his dad will have to answer a lot of hard questions... It's kind of family policy to keep it quiet and ignore it.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anybody who he might have gone to a party with, anyone who goes to his school, a surprising amount of people who don't go to his school, people who know about local/national politics might recognize his last name.

Open/Wanted CR: He should really meet people who can be actually close to him, and not get pushed away by his public people's smiley face. He goes to LCA and is a little bit part of the party scene, though he doesn't do any harder drugs than weed, and he bolts the minute any cops might show up. He breakdances, too.

Other Info: Apping in with Shotaro/Steven, but as Sandy said it's gonna get messy and he's gonna need people not to be codependent with. Just imagine a closeted gay teenager finding out he is reincarnated from a really special amazing genius whose boyfriend has also been reincarnated into this world and they're special destined love people. TEENS.

In his past life, Equius was a creepy, sweaty, awkward alien teen who loved rules, milk, STRENGTH and musclebeast porn art. In this life he's an awkward human teen who: loves rules and (secretly) Harmony Dolphin; does archery, track and wrestling at LCA (probably); and has made it his new goal to be a hall monitor and office messenger by sophomore year. Sadly, he's lactose intolerant, but his very first echo will give him back an appreciation of musclebeast art so there's that.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: It would be rad for him to be part of someone's family (hence why his last name is ??? for now) but if nobody wants him I've got some vague ideas for what to do with that so don't worry.

People he might know from LCA would be rad. He's a freshman, but he's been there all year as far as I know. He doesn't really make friends easily but as noted about he's on two of the sports teams (wrestling in the winter, track in the spring) so there's that.

Other Info: I do think Equius is mostly a good or at least well-intentioned person, just one that's been conditioned into a lot of toxic beliefs and habits from a fucked up society that he's sadly wholly bought into. A young hero who saved his world from war. Sounds good right? Well, that's until your sister gets killed and you lose your fucking marbles. Bitter at the hate towards half-elves like himself and the loss of his sister, Mithos here kind of went on a magical ride of screwing the world up. Planning on creating an age of magical girls that feel absolutely nothing while and trying to revive dead sister through ritualistic sacrifice, Mithos is a pretty messed up guy.

That I hope to unleash on all of you.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Friends from school and teachers are up for grabs. He's at least in middle school boarding on high school now. People might know him through his mother who works as a secretary to whoever. He's also been taking up fencing for three years now he may have made friends from fencing club.

As a pretty boy shorty though he probably has bullies so uh there's that too?

Open/Wanted CR: Literally, anything. Negative, positive, mentors, friends, enemies. I want it all. Michael here needs to experience all the wonders the network has.

Other Info: He doesn't know his dad due to him being conceived via one night stand (spoiler alert, they have a chinchilla head.) Mostly, Michael is going to be living a very happy, idealized life that Mithos never had. Clearly this will be the sign of the oncoming apocalypse. Mithos, happy? Yeah the universe will conspire to destroy that.

Natalie Tamura (Nanoha Takamachi) | Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

Pre-Incarnation: Nanoha Takamachi. Magical girl turned magical drill sergeant, the Ace of Aces who has a frequent habit of making the best of friends with the people she blows up.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Natalie is half Japanese and spent a chunk of her childhood there before Stateside obligations brought her family to Locke City where she's so far spent the rest of her life. In her mid-20s, she attended school locally all the way through college, and still resides here now as a 3rd Grade Elementary School teacher. Her family is spread pretty wide across the world, further still that her older siblings have moved out of town. Natalie herself has led a FAIRLY ORDINARY life, so she's pretty wide open in terms of where she could have interacted with Locke residents in the past. She also nearly died during Wise Snake's rampage, so there's that too.

Open/Wanted CR: The requisite "anything" applies here, but younger kids and other teachers/mentor types would be great too. Her canon is a weird mish-mash of magical girl and super robot tropes, so I am all for further crossing all those streams as things go along.

Other Info: Besides her roommate who I'll leave up to that player at another time, Natalie's probably going to obtain POWER before she regains the knowledge of how to properly implement it. Worse, she'll be obtaining OLDER Nanoha's power without that experience. It is very, very likely she is going to accidentally do something very, very bad with one of her earliest bouts of beam spam. Certain echoes, age, and experiences are also likely to split her off from the other magical girls present here to a degree - both for obvious reasons and because there are some interesting disparities to play out in contrast, what with Nanoha's interdimensional military force that had NO PROBLEMS employing child soldiers to do their dirty work.

Freya and her twin brother, Nicholas, will be transfer students into LCHS as Juniors. They're nomadic beach babies that were born in either California or Florida. "I can melt your tsunderes" Freya will probably be getting all up in everyone's CR and keeping her twin brother in line. She'll probably become RA in her dorm really quick!

Japanese-American native of Locke City. Junior at LCHS. Active member of the Drama department. Definitely spends time in that social circle. Part of costuming and prop production. Akira's probably that hipster at with boba tea at the table with all the artsy people.

Open/Wanted CR: PARENTS! Akira's boiling point with his temper is still pretty short, so negative CR should be fairly easy to come by if pushed, maybe even with his parents or friends. Want a really hot drink thrown on you? Yeah, bother Akira. Splash of paint thinner on your clothes? Sure, bother Akira. He's constantly in super messy mode with paint and junk all over him so it's possible to tease him about that.

Sixteen year old newly moving to Locke City! He's cheerful and bright and energetic, and just really wants to be everyone's friend. Has an interest in photography and will be really excited about YEARBOOK CLUB because preserving great memories is important!!! Unlike his canon counterpart he will be genuinely cheerful without a lot of hidden angst.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He's Karl Aurion's nephew (his sister's son), but since Karl cut off contact with the family some time ago, the discovery that Karl's been hanging out here will be a surprise AND LEAD TO FAMILY DRAMA. I'm still working out his AU, but he'd probably have acquaintances around the city or school at best, right now. Or neighbors!! Or random people he's accosted to just talk to or take pictures of just because.

Open/Wanted CR: He'd maybe be interested in part-time work, so coworkers! Friends and people who find him irritating (or pull out his rarer but definitely present temper) would be fun, too.

Other Info: Generally I want to give him the happy childhood he never could quite get in canon with a nice, stable upbringing...but with a father who will possibly very much not approve of these numbers club shenanigans, which will eventually lead to trouble. He'll also echo back to crazy powers and brain-breaky nonsense because Pandora Hearts is a happy manga BUT THAT WILL BE FURTHER DOWN THE LINE. Anton Keldek/Skeletor | Masters of the Universe (2002)

Pre-Incarnation: Skeletor. 2002 reboot version.

My attempt to put a real, honest-to-goodness supervillain reincarnate in the game! Anton Keldek is the CEO of a large corporation (name TBD) and rival to ThunderCorp, ever since he got the position by ousting his own father in a corporate coup years earlier, that would be fairly well-known for controversial practices and shady dealings and has been rumored and brought under investigation for research into biological and chemical weaponry. Although a good number of payoffs and blackmail have mostly caused these charges to fade away.

His introduction would come after Wise Snake's attack caused an Echo that restored the demonic spirit that fused with Keldor's life force to create Skeletor. This has restored a chunk of his magic and cost him his face, as well as gutted him of his humanity and decency. Anton will have gone into hiding following the attack, partially to hide his new disfigurement and also to figure out ways to apply his magic to his bio-weapon research. If successful, he will begin unleashing mutated creatures called MOTWs, or Modified Organic Terror Weapons (five points to anyone who figures out the pun) to test their capabilities against his fellow reincarnates before moving up to "human trials" and, potentially, mass production.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Colleagues, rivals, old schoolmates, lackeys, employees, "friends." If you have a character in law enforcement and want them to have been involved in investigating him in some capacity that works as well.

Open/Wanted CR: He's a bad guy and an utterly unrepentant one, so if you've got a heroic type who believes in truth, love, justice etc... and want them to clash with a villain who embodies the complete opposite of all that he's your guy. Enemies are a given, both on the superpowered, magic battling side of things and on the more mundane side to try to prove his involvement in the brand new rash of monster attacks.

If there's interest, he will also almost certainly be interested in creating an alliance with other reincarnates since crushing ThunderCorp and the aliens will absolutely be a priority. Other villainous reincarnates might work best here, however, as once the invaders are gone his focus will quickly shift to taking their place as conquerors of the world. Council of Evil get.

Other Info: Nothing much, really. I guess it's worth making a note that this is not the camptastic pushover Skeletor from the 80s. 2002 Skeletor is a cruel, vindictive and powerful bastard who sold his soul for power but still prone to failure thanks to his own arrogance and the fact that he's blind to his own shortcomings and messes up in the short-run.
