1. Make a thread for yourself in this post, listing the characters you play and your own name.

ASK ME ALL THE THINGS~

How long have you had Melissa? How did you get her character together, have you RP-ed her in many places, and if so, how did things go for her?

Melissa was made in... maybe about an hour, two years ago for a tabletop game a friend was running over the summer. Basically I was assembling a character to fill a niche in the game (I was the only one willing to play a social oriented character), and she turned out to be fun. Add that to the fact that I was planning on dropping the game early and made plans with the DM to have her get turned and then force her team to kill her, but then it turned out that it was everyone's last game so instead she got turned and just stuck with being a hunter. XD And then I wound up using her as an NPC in a tabletop I ran!

I've tried RPing her in games before, but thanks to being a hunter and vampire Melissa was veeeeeery distrustful of anyone not on her team and didn't usually cope super well, which made it really hard to do things with her.

Most definitely. Kamen Rider, Grimm, Baccano!, Violinist of Hameln, and Tiger & Bunny are all on my figurative list at this point - meanwhile I was previously spurred to watch Being Human by CR and it was a fantastic choice, and I also started occasionally sitting in on Batman: The Brave and the Bold with my siblings~

What of ye - has playing here sparked interest in/curiosity toward any particular canons you've encountered so far?

It has! Currently working on Tales of Symphonia, I'm probably gonna have to watch Tiger & Bunny and Grimm, if I wasn't so utterly terrified of horror I would pick up Eternal Darkness... Most of what I tend to pick is sparked by RP interest- I only played P3 because I ran into a Ryoji in RP and liked the character.

Is there a specific type of CR you like to play more/are more comfortable with than others?

For what it's worth I suppose my homemaker-at-the-time mother used to entertain by brother and me with Resident Evil when I was about five, and so I suppose I got a taste and stomach for horror early. XD Some o' my earliest memories are something to do with gaming.

But with that as an aside, I think that mentor-protege, guardian-guarded duo, and adopted/all-but-stated-as-adopted or biological familial relationships (especially siblingly or parental) are the sorts of dynamics I've got the very softest of spots for - either to write/play or to see.

What are plots or settings that you've always wanted to play or especially love to play in?

Hm... I would really actually like to play a scenario in which my character just needs to be flat out saved. I usually play over-powered kids who can wreck everything, so having that taken away from them or just being so in over their heads they need to rely on ~FRIENDSHIP~ would be fun!

Do you have an specific plans/hopes for Walter/Bill in game?

BECAUSE HE EVENTUALLY HE BECOMES THIS KID because Matt is nice and friendly and kind of weird but ok with being weird and also he likes dogs. That's important.

also it's too late you can't sway him unless Matt suddenly because a horrible person.

I honestly don't know. Like I wish I did. But most of it is just me going "Wouldn't it be funny if--yes. Yes it would be funny." and then I do it. I play Matt like I am completely confident in everything I do with him, and I enjoy the fact that he can bullshit himself out of any situation so far. A lot of the rest of it is just him trying to get a reaction or a laugh out of people. I think he's just an attention whore.

If you didn't play Pharoji, would you play someone else from p3?

I actually was planning on playing Aigis before I out of no where got a Pharos muse... I've never actually played her, though. I also would maybe like to try my hand at Mitsuru eventually.

Did you gravitate to your muses immediately after coming across their canon, or did they grow on you?

Fuu was an instant attachment. I thought I was actually going to hate Jacuzzi but he grew on me very fast! And as much as I liked Minato from the start? It took me four years after playing the game to actually start playing him. It just took that long for me to find a characterization that was uniquely mine. Most of the Minatos I'd ever played against were more serious and I didn't like taking that tone with him so when I figured out what I saw in him and what I found important and built around it, I was like "ah yes let us try this."

If you could RP something with no consequences what would you want to RP?

Hm... I'm not sure, actually! Most things I'd want to play out most people are ok with. I guess my big thing is AUs. I come up with some weird ass AUs if given the time, and I want to play them but I'm always really worried people will judge the hell out of them. XD

Is there anything you'd redo about any of your characters backstories in ste?

I'd probably redo a lot about Anais to make her more able to make friends. It's my biggest frustration that she's the character I try the hardest with and have the most fun with and the one I can never seem to get a lot of CR for. 8( For Matt and Jacuzzi? I am pretty happy with their backstories, though.

Say you were going on a roadtrip for an extended period. What is the one book you'd bring to read in motel rooms on stops?

Hmmm. If we're saying what I would like to read, I would probably bring my copy of the red book since lol all three LotR books in one and I haven't read those yet. :|b In terms of stuff I've already read and I could read a thousand times... If I can pick a series, the Enchanted Forest Chronicles. For a specific book... idk. I like too many books. ;;

Umm...! What's the last video game you played?

The last game I finished was Katamari Forever in which you QUITE LITERALLY KATAMARI FOREVER I THOUGHT I FINISHED THE GAME AND IT WAS THE WORST LIE I'D EVER BEEN TOLD. Last game I was playing was Pokemon X.

Is Pharos going to be getting Ryoji Echoes? I'm kind of unclear on how that would work despite playing the game back in college.

He will! The way I kind of tend to put it is that even though they're different enough characters to warrant different Arcana, they're the same physical person. Phillip's actually a bit more like Ryoji in personality than Pharos, for the simple fact that Ryoji actually understood emotion and, you know. Talked to people. :|;;;

And I also play Ryoji separately from Pharos, so. XD I was just being lazy with the logging out.

What would you consider your main 'fandoms' for right now/do you have any?

Yeah, two different arcana can just mean two different stages of development when you get down to it. Especially since we're going off social links when we say this, right?

I tend not to get into any one thing enough for long enough to call it a main fandom. If anything I have genres I'm in the fandom of, which are usually Giant Robots, Space Opera, and Heroic Fantasy, rather than specific works. Persona's actually kind of an outlier for me as an urban fantasy sort of thing.

Are you hoping for a Minako to go with our Minato? Not that I'm positive that's rules-legal at StE, I just personally think it's entertaining when those two are in the same game.

Pretty much, yeah!

It would be cool if happened, if only for the confusion aspect of Phillip trying to tell Matt that this girl is his twin/person who feels the same and then all the shenanigans that go with it, but having Minato is already a hell of a lot of fun so I definitely can't complain~

Other than Asuka, is there anyone you'd like to play at STE, given all the time in the world?

I want to pick Homura back up. I dropped her on the basis of not having time to do her justice.

I've had several ideas for characters who aren't emotionally damaged middle school girls too, I promise, but she's the most obvious.

Do you have any idea what's up with Pharos's striped PJs?

Not a damn clue. XD There might be some prisoner symbolism there??? but other than that no.

Are you currently reading/watching anything?

Not really specifically, although my wife is watching both of the Once Upon a Time shows and Bodacious Space Pirates, and I sometimes join her for an episode.

I am playing through Dragon Age 2 at the moment, if Bioware games count as something you watch.

Did you ever play Old/Classic World of Darkness and if so, do you miss how very NINETIES Hunter and Vampire got?

I have not played old world! ;; I was introduced to WoD through the LARP about four years ago, and Masquerade sounded... very confusing because they make decisions with rock paper scissors or something...? Idk.
