As first posted here by Emely!:

1. Make a thread for yourself in this post, listing the characters you play and your own name.
2. Go find someone's thread to jump and ask them A QUESTION. The question can be anything, RP related is common, of course, but not necessary. Who do you want to app most? What does Character A think about Character B? What's your favorite flavor of icecream?

Season 2 begins tomorrow, all, and there've been plenty of developments and new blood since the first round - get the words flowin', get to know/re-know some of your gamemates, and/or simply shoot the breeze~

Well, for one thing, I knew that I wasn't going to be horrible to Anna in this game! I have enough of that at The Box, she was going to be happy here! ...Well, as happy as she could be with all the stuff going through but still happy! Due to this, she was going to be a more ordinary and optimistic lifestyle than she did in canon.

And to be honest? The first idea that I went with Abby is really the one that I went with. Originally, I had Abby to be an only child but wasn't closed off like Anna. So she was going to be a bit lonely since she was an only child but not that lonely where she was starved for attention. I wasn't too sure what her parents did just yet but they weren't dead so that helped with the attention and how she wasn't quick to rush into a relationship. The problem was that she was just...really ordinary and that was it. Nothing really stood about her so...what was she good at anyway? She was fairly envious of the people around her and all the amazing things they could do but...what about her?

I went with this because I always wanted to explore Anna's own self-esteem issues that wasn't shown all that much in the movie. The song that was cut, "More than just a spare" talked about how she gave zero fucks about how she was the short end of the stick and just wanted to find something only she could do. She talked about how she just wanted to find something special that not even her amazing sister Elsa could do.

And I was still in the planning stages on what to do for her when a certain demi-god I'm looking at you Olga convinced me to app Abby to be his sister, that changed a lot of dynamics around.

Since Abby's relationship with her siblings are a lot more like actual siblings, she is very set in her ways. After all, with two other siblings close in age, you got a lot of fighting going on! Not only that, because Jason is very different from Elsa, Abby doesn't have a lot of issues about envy and jealously. In fact, she just...views him as a very chill (if annoying) older brother. They might fight each other but they still care.

On top of that, her relationship with her parents are very different too. Once again, just Jason, she finds her dad a cool and chill parent who she can look up to. She does look up to her mother and finds her a very supportive person. Pretty much, she can see that they have both good and bad parts to them. (and I have a headcanon that Anna, while she does love her parents, does find it grating that why they need to close the castle up and how they treated Elsa with her ice powers too).

But outside of that? Nothing really changed? Abby still has issues about how ordinary she is and how she wants to be seen as something special. She is a lot of sensible and more level headed than Anna. She does place more of an emphasis on family and always family first and how she's willing to do a lot of them. With her mother and brother gone, she has to do twice the work and chores. But she does overwork herself sometimes...and by that a lot. So yeah, she's just someone who needs to slap her across the face and just call her out on being a a little more selfish.

As for the name? I was going to go for a Norwegian name to match Anna. It was going to start with an A and that was it. And behold! I found out that Abigail is definitely used in Norway! And the name seemed to fit with her personality so there's that!
