As first posted here by Emely!:

1. Make a thread for yourself in this post, listing the characters you play and your own name.
2. Go find someone's thread to jump and ask them A QUESTION. The question can be anything, RP related is common, of course, but not necessary. Who do you want to app most? What does Character A think about Character B? What's your favorite flavor of icecream?
3. Answer all questions asked of you! Once you have answered, end your response with a question for the person who first questioned you. This is important to keep the discussion going and going.
4. This goes back and forth indefinitely until someone gets tired and can't reply anymore.

Season 2 begins tomorrow, all, and there've been plenty of developments and new blood since the first round - get the words flowin', get to know/re-know some of your gamemates, and/or simply shoot the breeze~

Most of the research I did ended up being useless when I chickened out on making a lot of it overt. I have plenty of notes about specific religious stuff, which I mentioned in another question thing on here, and some notes on cultural things, primarily on Northern India, since I decided that was where her parents are from.

Religion might factor into what she does later, especially since her mother is a practicing Hindu, but i need to flesh out exactly what and how it will effect her. It's either got opportunity to be a good or bad thing in her life. Either way, the interaction will probably be kept mostly between her and her parents so there isn't much I can do to share that other than write some narration I suppose, or have her discuss it with someone at some point in the future.

Most of the research I did was on how Indian culture meshes with American to build up how she would be raised to act, end even that was a little played by ear. The most I've done in recent memory was in her post where she returned from LA and discussed the placement of her family with Ravi, because for that I had to study regions in India and how they're divided, as well as population distribution for Indians in the US.

Short answer? I did a fair amount, but I'm too nervous about messing up to use some of it.

Hmmmmmm... Either a bird or a cat... Birds can fly and that'd be all sorts of awesome. But as a cat I could be a lazy asshole and people would just have to deal with it.

Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels. Out of all the canons I ingest, it seems the least likely to kill me. And if it does, at least Death is a pretty stand-up guy.
