Let's get Season 2 - and some of our first wave of new characters! - rolling with a fresh round of the CR/Plotting Meme.

You know what to do - though we'll be trying on a couple new things this time around!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters. If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

For characters of either status, toss up a comment with your character's reincarnated name, pre-incarnated name, canon, and occupation in the subject line. E.x. Character: Pyralis/Pierce Wingate
Pre-Incarnation: Son of King Midas, turns things into gold half the time sort of kind of it's complicated, goes adventuring with Atlanta's little brother and is meta as fuck and hates side quests.
Location: Locke City
Occupation/Position: Junior at LCHS

Pierce was actually held back in his freshman year, so he'll have been in the same grade as all the seniors until their sophmore year. He is notorious for giving no shits about school and is probably known as a bit of stoner. He's a killer guitar player in an otherwise mediocre band, and those who are/were fans of Karl's band will notice that he looks exactly like the bass player. Because that's his dad. Also he's probably Jacuzzi's cousin.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Schoolmates, bandmates, people from gigs, extended family.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything. I have nothing for him atm.

Haunts: School (as little as humanly possible), video game stores, arcades, anywhere that will let his band player mostly because they want to hear him shred.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Music, video games, why school is awful and how no one needs math for anything ever.

Other Info: He's kind of a troll and still super, super trope aware.

Bookie's kids: Melissa, Neku, and Phillip

Occupation/Position: Cop; currently part of Sherman's team so being investigated.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Melissa moved from the country about 6 years; any friends or family (she has at least an older brother and younger sister, I can easily add more) from there would work. She's also very active in Locke's nightlife, a little less so in the past few months. Also cops. All the cops.

Open/Wanted CR: I NEED HER TO TALK TO PEOPLE WHO AREN'T COPS mostly children. Because Melissa sucks with kids unless they're super grown up acting so she can treat them like adults. But yes give me things.

Haunts: The station, the gym, the park... around.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Anything to do with monster hunter-ness, things going on with the cops, stuff like that.

Other Info: I would like to have her get kidnapped because lol echos + freaking out all her CR = WIN but idk if that's even remotely possible. Really I would love for her to wind up in some weird sort of mentor relationship because she is a shitty role model.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: People in Art club or on the track team; forever mathalete teammates or middle scholl band members. Anyone interested in graffiti.

Open/Wanted CR: Neku needs more friends. He's such an awkward dork that getting them is kind of hard. Alternatively, people for him to snark at.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Mostly art. Plot things get his attention too.

Other Info: Did I mention Neku likes graffiti?? He's part of an organization that does graffiti murals legally, so that could always be an option too.

Character: Phillip Santorini
Pre-Incarnation: Pharos/the Death arcana incarnate/giant apocalypse monster
Location: Locke City
Occupation/Position: Fifth grader

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Family (he has an older sister), those involved in the community theater, those involved in children's soccer, anyone from school, anyone who might have seen him walking his dog that he starts talking to

Open/Wanted CR: I feel like Phillip needs negative CR... but he's so stubborn about not having that that this might be difficult. XD But seriously if you want a small, cute, kind of creepy child, then Phillip is for you.

Other Info: Phillip is just figuring out what he was in his past life and is working very, very hard at not letting it keep him down because he is in charge of his destiny ok!!!!

Pre-Incarnation: Anthony - Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: "Shut-in", alas.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: His immediate family consists of only two caring but workaholic parents who've been defaulted to in assumption as having educationally-related professions - neither actively desired (unless-well on the off chance one might be entertaining the idea of apping canonmate Paul Luther in which case I'd be fascinated by the potential to lay most anything out) and likely to have by now dropped patience and declared him runaway. He also has quite a host of relatives French-Catholic in background, including one married aunt and several cousins he was particularly close to when he was small. Agreeable, well-read, and eager-to-please as he is, he was also a bit of a teacher's pet in elementary and much of middle school.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything that'll stick is very much welcome - particularly so would be anyone he can be himself around. So to speak. And especially in the form of p'raps more casual CR around his own age and a bit of a challenge in the form of encouragement/inspiration and/or something to the tune of rivalry or similarly less-harmonious CR - he's not notably clashed with anyone thus far! Cause to coax him outside would be most interesting as well - technically, the reincarnates and their status/situation isn't a secret any longer.

Haunts: He's staying with Nick Burkhardt, and so the closest thing that he has at present is "Nick's apartment" - he seldom if ever goes out of it. Prior to his zombification last year, he frequently ran errands (popping into such places as post offices and grocery stores) and dropped by the library.
Potential Subjects of Interest: He's definitely piqued by monster-fication, talk of spirituality/theorizing on the nature of what exactly is going on with an amount of resistance to the past lives theory, and magic - he himself has been Echoing enchanted runes, which'll enable him to cast a single item-enchanting spell (which fixes broken items and strengthens ones used as weapons, should that be food for anything)!

Other Info: He's currently eyeless and indefinitely lacking in a screenreader, which is likely to stay a fact seeing as he normally connects through paper. He's got no plans in terms of the plot for the immediately-foreseeable future, as he'll likely be sticking wherever his more direct acquaintances (and not-quite-guardian for that matter) will be unless directed or drawn out elsewhere.

I do, however, have a plan for a post in which he'll strike up proposition that a "monster" info compendium/contact network database gets started up (following in the footsteps by the by of a proposition by the now-offline Travis Martin)!

Brand new, never taken out of the box, daughter of a politician, super active in school and extracurriculars. Will literally befriend anyone and everyone.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Family outside of her parents, who would be complicated as shit. Classmates, teachers, p much anyone who you could think would have a chance to know her, I am welcome to!

Open/Wanted CR: Come be immortalized in her writing.

Haunts: Mostly school!

You know, these two could very easily go to the same school, though Toushirou is a grade lower. Rumours may or may not be going around about him being one of the "superheroes" after an incident in the school cafeteria that I'm in the process of logging out with another of our middle school crew. (Said incident involves an army of tiny animated toothpicks and Toushirou using a bit of cryokinesis to stop them in their tracks or something. Whether he gets pegged as the one who did it is something I'm kind of leaving open.)

Isaac Dian and Miria Dian | Isaac Dian and Miria Harvent | Baccano! | Antique shop owners

Pre-Incarnation: Isaac Dian and Miria Harvent, Masquerading Thieves and overall heartwarming goofballs
Location: Locke City, NJ. Near Dead District in "Something Old" Antiques
Occupation/Position: Own an antique shop. Its kind of failing.

They've been married about five years, and they got hitched in, of course, Vegas. Mostly because they got really stressed out about inviting family members so they decided to wing it. They own an antiques shop called "Something Old Antiques". It is routinely mistaken for a bridal shop and it is not well-regarded in the antiquing community.

Meanwhile, Miria has a horrible mother who is verbally, emotionally, and financially abusive. She doesn't come up often, but she is in town looking for evidence of reincarnates. Mostly to screw with her daughter's head.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Miria's nuclear family is taken. She's an only child with an asshole mom and a dead dad. Relatives on her side are okay.

I toyed around with Isaac's family for a while, but screw it. It's all free.

Otherwise, they might know your guy if you work at the theater, ice cream shops, or work in some capacity to antiques. Or just visit flea markets.

Open/Wanted CR: They pretty much love everybody except Jovan and the aliens. Negative CR is possible, but really really hard to achieve. Unless you insult their pals. Then you're in trouble.

Haunts: They tend to frequent: the shop, flea markets, movie theaters, ice cream shops, and other locations where they can typically get household items. Every now and then, Miria goes to get supplies to make costumes. Doesn't happen often, but usually occurs around Halloween.
Potential Subjects of Interest: They like movies, ice cream, antiques, and helping people. That's basically what they do all the time.

Other Info: They're gonna have a fight at some point. Most likely after interaction with one of those key things. They might need all sorts of comfort and hugs and persuasion to keep away from Mrs. Harvent.

Yoko Aznable | Yoko Usami | Spec-ops Cell Go-Busters | High School Student & Power Ranger

Pre-Incarnation: Yoko Usami, a super spy child soldier slash Power Ranger. Yoko was somewhat rude.
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: High school senior & Power Ranger

Yoko Aznable is a senior in high school, former tennis club captain and president of the Key Club (a volunteer organization). She has echoed back all of her skills, most of her items, and her super power (high-powered jumping/kicking & the ability to build data platforms in midair), complete with weakpoint (she requires fairly constant calorie input, or she collapses). She has a giant robot rabbit slash helicopter... and a waist-high asshole rabbit robot who sounds like a GPS.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Often seen at the hospital, Yoko was under investigation by the FBI (but most of the credit blame investigation wound up focusing on her dad instead, as she's a minor and he's a robotics engineer. Thanks, dad. Yoko goes to Locke City Academy, and plays intramural tennis, though less often of late.

Open/Wanted CR: Open for anything - other child soldiers might be a good thing to have, but also adults who aren't going to treat her like a ten year old. (Conversely - adult characters who ask tough questions and expect her to come up with answers besides 'I'll figure it out'.) And, of course, other people her age who want to be friends.

Haunts: The local tennis courts, LCA, the hospital, exotic pet stores across the whole city (she has cockroaches and is considering praying mantises because they're getting very old for bugs.) She's a regular teenager with friends, so she can be seen at the movies and the mall. Also, if it's a bakery, she's tried it lately.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Varsity sports. Embarrassing parents. Shooting things.

Other Info: Yoko is friendly with children but she is prickly, and getting moreso.

Anything Else?: I was on hiatus last month, but I'm back and with me is coming a hell of a lot of Yoko.

Haunts: He lives with Isaac and Miria in their shop. Otherwise, he's at classes in school and he's looking into getting a job there but it's so late in the semester no one will take him??
Potential Subjects of Interest: Jacuzzi doesn't talk to people. Like, ever, he always feels like he's bothering them. So posts about either immediate danger might get to him, and maybe more lighthearted things. He wants to be helpful. He just can't.

Other Info: Jacuzzi has superanxiety in case anyone hasn't noticed. Even expressions of friendship will set him off? There is probably no occasion where he won't end up freaking out.

Location: Las Vegas, NV!
Occupation/Position: Works at a gas station on the strip, but also volunteers around with his free time. He's not very committed to where he volunteers, so if you want to have pre-CR, we can work that out.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anyone around the age of 20 in Las Vegas he can be friends with? What about family? The only thing I have for him is that he doesn't have a dad. Other than that, anything and everything is fine!

Open/Wanted CR: I just need to get him established in the game. He's super chill and disgustingly friendly, so it won't be hard to make friends for him.

Haunts: Like I said, he works around the strip, so even if he doesn't both with all the flashy tourist junk, he's around.

Potential Subjects of Interest: He's going to be starstruck after joining the network, so any video posts will have him babbling about what he's seen on Youtube.

He is also stupidly sympathetic to everyone and all their problems. If someone starts talking about having issues with powers or whatever, he'll take interest.

Other Info: As of now, I've got not plans-- just working on building CR and tagging people. In the future, I'm going to have him slowly uncover his bullshit powers and be really super obnoxious about his ability to heal people/put things back together.

Neil Dylandy (Lockon Stratos) | Mobile Suit Gundam 00

Pre-Incarnation: Neil Dylandy, AKA Lockon Stratos the first. A seemingly laid back Gundam Meister, waging a war of armed interventions upon a world that just won't stop fighting

Location: Locke City, NJ for now
Occupation/Position: Neil is a mechanic and the owner of Dylandy Auto Repair in downtown. Due to clean up and his own mecha shenanigans, Neil gave his employees a couple weeks off - it's open back now, but he's only stopping in to cover necessary business needs while he's off figuring out things regarding the Gundam.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Neil is a former Army Ranger who saw time in the Middle East roudnabouts a decade ago. His leg was severely injured by a landmine that also took out a buddy, which put him out of the service. He's been in Locke City his whole life otherwise, and attended school the whole way through locally. He opened his auto shop in the past couple years. His family also owns a bar/restaurant.

You've probably seen him on TV now, as he got caught getting out of the Gundam Dynames on TV after the Wise Snake battle and being one of those giant robots... You've PROBABLY seen the green and white sniper mecha on the news in general.

Open/Wanted CR: Older characters Neil can drink interact with and grouch about all these super powered kids! Kids who can continue defy his expectations! People he can mentor or be a big brother too, this is a big thing I want. But as always, just about anything would be great~

Haunts: His auto shop, his family's bar, the designated pilot's hotel, his apartment complex, and LCU since the FBI has taken over part of it for the Gundams & Evas.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Cars - Neil is actually big into cars, but less the aesthetics of them and more taking them apart and putting them back together again better than they started. If you've had military service (or are echoing it back) he can also touch base with you on familiar territory. And in general, I guess we can add giant robots and anyone getting sci-fi or war themed echoes back.

Other Info: Right now, Neil's kind of just going with the flow of the plot that having a Gundam is kind of putting him on. Incoming canon mates are probably going to shake that up a lot, but I'm pretty damned open for whatever with him!

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: As always, classmates, neighbors in her apartment building, her mom's piano students.

Open/Wanted CR: Please give me people for her to be friends with. She really stings over the way people treat her when Marina's around so I am looking for responsible folk for her to get along with.

Haunts: The music room in the high school, especially, as well as the music store in the mall. She spends a lot of time in the library, and is also often in the video store. She can only volunteer weeknights every other weekend at the clinic because her dad grounded her for literally ever after finding out that she's numbered but she's only around him every other week.
Potential Subjects of Interest: What to do with giant birds, giant robotics, film and music and healing.

Other Info: Mom's a piano teacher and Anais plays clarinet in the band. She's a film nut???

Occupation/Position: Student (LCHS)

Movie loving drama student at LCHS is reincarnated emotional disaster that has contracts with eldritch monsters and ruins everyone's life, including his own, by existing.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Close family is pretty well taken care of. He's distantly related to Aradia/Aria. Akira has grown up in Locke so anything goes as far as non-relations. Classmates from elementary school onward, babysitters from when he was young, therapists (both old and current), current school friends. He's probably pretty well known for being covered by paint at school.

Open/Wanted CR: Things with Akira can go both ways. If you need an antagonist or a best friend, anything is possible. Likewise, I'm up for just about anything. Things are bound to get a bit darker as more memories pop out. If anyone wants to bully or make fun of him — your life will be in danger in the future. Also, any potential therapists out there? Optometrists? I think he'll need to see an eye doctor soon!

Haunts: Locke City High School, especially around Art and Drama Club activities. Sometimes outside painting banners or set pieces. Later he'll probably gravitate toward Orchestra. Any and all movie theaters. The asian district in town. At various therapy/doctor offices. Later he'll gravitate toward the Locke Library.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Lights, monsters, murder (/sob), movies, eye problems, art, LCHS, therapy, books, and music.

Other Info: Akira has been sticking out of trouble, mostly prepping for LCHS's next Drama Production. He works on sets and costumes. Akira should be getting Leo's eyes back any time now so they may draw some attention since they'll be black eyes reflecting all sorts of golden floating lights.

Anything Else?: This is Pandora Hearts we're talking about, chaos is bound to ensue. Also giant monsters in the future.

Character: Lily Tsukuyomi
Pre-Incarnation: Yuri Tsukikage, tragedy-prone magical girl. Things die around her. But she's a badass.

Location: Currently coming into Las Vegas this week!
Occupation/Position: High SchooL Student

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Lily's lived all across the country since she was young, and is originally from Los Angeles. She arrived in Locke around two and a half years ago, and for a good long while was an ordinary, if highly exceptional student. Then the Network happened, and she cut off what few friends she had - who as it turns out she only really interacted with for the sake of appearances - for both their safety and her inability to really connect with them on any level knowing the things she did. So she became something of a recluse outside of classes, until she made a complete fool out of herself in February when trying to confess her feelings to Winter Adamas. Notable because then it got the school's rumor mill on her case, so the name she ended up making for herself was... questionable.

That all's kind of gone out the window though, since Wise Snake! She fought openly as Cure Moonlight and was all over the place. Her sister has a giant bat wing and can't really hide THAT, her girlfriend was caught untransforming on TV, and yet another teammate and friend was on TV too! And her hair turned purple. She can't hide anything even if she tried, so for anyone coming in? It's going to be pretty easy to know right off that she's a known, honest to goodness, real life superhero.

She is reaaaaaaally not sure what to make of that aspect, yet.

Open/Wanted CR: Lily still remains my person to toss at anyone, so the stock "anything" answer still applies. With her location shifting and her goals becoming solidified though, I'd really like to have her encounter some new types of people! Her CR is wonderful, so it'd also be great to see what happens when encountering new people in a strange location.

Haunts: In the past, it would be LCHS, the library, bookstores - she's a terrible nerd. Now and for a little while at least? THE LAS VEGAS STRIP, which she has no idea what to do with.

Potential Subjects of Interest: BOOKS. Books, books, books. Lily is a terrible bookworm. Academic books and fantasy novels are a primary go-to thing, but hell... she'll read just about anything if you put it in front of her.
She's also trying to quietly learn how to not be such a stuffy stick in the mud. She's learning! Slowly.
In general, she's also looking for any opportunity to be able to help people, both because it's in her nature, and... hey, that's a responsibility she has now, right?

Other Info: Plans? WHATEVER VEGAS MAY BRING. Then, who knows?

Occupation/Position: Student at Locke City Academy, Men's Soccer Team Goalie, Photographer on the side

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Photography club friends or photography aficionados! Soccer Team Members! Athlete friends? His dad works outside of Locke in engineering, his mother works at home and is currently scared of/worried about Holly Avalon and her new Magical Girl abilities, and Jesse has an older sister who loves him but is extremely bossy.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything!! Negative or positive! He's a little clumsy and wimpy and easy to manipulate. Bossy people, anyone who will get him into trouble, or even just a fellow shy friend is welcome. In his age range or out is just fine!

Haunts: Locke City Academy, around any soccer fields or parks that are still up and running, or near any spots typical for sightseeing. If there's a strange event going on in the city, he might be hiding behind something and trying to get a good photo of it.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Soccer, anyone that needs a photo of something, superpowers/sci-fi related business (that remind him of his favorite book series), gang activity (after hearing that some Blood Keys went after his cousin and friends), and basically any plot-related business that'll tell him when danger is afoot.

Other Info: He cares a lot about his pre-game CR, so if you're involved with him in some way already, he will do anything to keep you safe no matter how much of a ninny he is!! I'm also really, really interested in doing something action-related with him, since he can use a stick now. I'll be tagging around logs soon, but I'm up for plotting! Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Kara comes from a very large family - nine older brothers plus her parents, all of which are in Ukraine at the moment although I wouldn't be averse to having one of them pop up here. She also has friends/professors from her time spent in college in the Ukraine as well, if that interests anyone.

As for in Locke, Kara's really social and physically distinctive so it'd be pretty easy for anyone who attends LCU to be at least passingly familiar with her. She's also got wrestling teammates, gym buddies, people she's met through her time going through immigration or just wandering around the city. It's pretty easy to at least tangentially know her ghjf.

Open/Wanted CR: EVERYONE ok no that's not helpful even if it's true. More people to geek out over SPAAAAAACE would be cool, or people who are also relatively new to the city/country to commiserate and explore with. Past life/current superheroes, anyone with echoes that are similar enough they might confuse her in regards to her own, stuff like that. People having difficulty getting a handle on their powers! They will have magical properties that only function in Locke City or Las Vegas, and will be more likely to grow around sources of magic. People with magic powers or magic artifacts will be more likely to find them around their house, but they will never be very common. Effects of the mushrooms can be:
- Fairy rings that randomly teleport people who walk into them somewhere within a mile or so.
