Aside from that she seems like she's got her head screwed on right, and that's a good thing. She's being kind to Julien and he's grateful for that. He's just waiting for the chance to hurl Quenyan at her and then be disappointed. Also he needs to arrange an elf meet up at some point because that's always a thing that needs to happen.
