I'll let you in on a secret about Matt. He's terrified that people are going to start laughing at him, not with him. And he's afraid that people don't actually like him. So the lobster suit? Made him a little nervous. Hence why he's the one who shared the selfie because "if I'm laughing at it no one can laugh at me."

That said he appreciates Emil's similar level of bullshitting and sarcasm. And also his ability to eat an entire cake. Kudos, friend. He doesn't know much about him but what he does know interests him! He wants to expand this relationship yes.
