The Dians have a lot of people they consider "friends" and a lot of people they consider "best friends". Luci is one of the latter. She's overall proven herself to be kind, courteous, and generally possess a friendly demeanor.
She's also been to their shop more than anyone else on the network (excluding Ez's trips to ditch school). Before connecting to the network, the Dians rarely got out of the shop other than groceries, a meal out, or doing business. To have someone who visits so frequently as seems to praise it every time she visits? Its a new experience, one they hope sticks around for a long time.
They also hope she still likes that Hermione Granger outfit they made back around Halloween.
