Hi there! Ahhh you know I think that L sees Rakka as someone with a lot of the same basic personality traits he has. Ironically this might actually make it harder for him to consider getting particularly *close* to her because there are some dark and delicate topics there that are bound to come up, but he wants to see her succeed and get past some of the major hangups and hurdles that have made him the mass of issues he is today. If he can help on her personal journey, he will, but only if he's approached. He's a busy man these days and he has his fingers in a lot of pies, so minute, mundane details are less likely to catch his eye. His interest in Rakka's life will be more significant than what I'd describe as "distant younger cousin" if she comes to a point where she wants to ask him for help.

Hehehe. Well, if she ever does need help, it's likely he'll be one of the first people she thinks to ask. Despite the similarities between them, which leaves her unsure of how to interact with him, she does like him as well and wants to help if that's a possibility.

She might still need that wing harness after all~

Hey, even though his hands are pretty useless, he knows a guy, and can hook her up with that harness no problem. :)

If they're both working towards a common goal conversation between them might become easier.

And yeah, she'll need that harness eventually. Wearing clothes without holes in them is rather difficult.
