Occupation/Position: Police officer, husband and father

One of the cops on the police force in Locke city that you just decided to ignore in favor of his boss, Ladd is a venomous, kind of abusive officer of the law who in the past was one of the most deadly, and psychotic assassins in the entire United States.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Well, his son is already in the game of course, so that leaves his wife open for interpretation. Other cops at the station might know him too.

Open/Wanted CR: Other police, people on the wrong side of the law, Jacuzzi's friends if he actually has any

Haunts: All over Locke city actually, but most notably the police station and his home that he kicked Jacuzzi out of
Potential Subjects of Interest: Things concerning his ex-boss, things about the gang members of Locke, Vegas in general.

Other Info: YEAH ABOUT THIS UH I'm busy with another game as of right now, and I might be busy with it until the end of the summer. I'm going to app before that of course, and hopefully a lot sooner if things go well in the other game.

Phillip Santorini | Pharos | Persona 3 | Student

Pre-Incarnation: Pharos, aka a small creepy child who is the personification of the thirteenth Arcana (aka Death), only appeared in the main character's room to talk about fate and Shadows, and is also kind of the bringer of the end of the world
Location: Locke
Occupation/Position: Phillip is an elementary school student (soon to be in middle school!!!) who is very active in the community theater. He decides people are his friends within like five minutes and he will not give you a choice and it is impossible to get him to shut up. Especially about his dog.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Phillip's parents and older sister are open, and extended family is a possibility. Any kids from school, people in community theater or kid's soccer, and people who would let a small child talk to them while walking his dog are also possibilities.

Open/Wanted CR: I would like him to talk to some of our many high schoolers, especially given some plans I have for future. Adults to worry after the kids are always good, and he will befriend all the children his age. All of them.

Haunts: School, theater, the park
Potential Subjects of Interest: Anything. Phillip is one of the easiest people to talk to. If there is a single word he wants to address he will talk. But, things about theater, dogs, death, and fate are big triggers.

Other Info: Phillip's been a little more on edge thanks to the revelation that he was kind of a world ending monster, but he's been hiding it quite well and pretending it's not a problem.

Pre-Incarnation: Pyralis, son of King Midas, trope aware kid who turns things into gold exactly 50% of the time and gets in way over his head a lot.
Location: Locke City
Occupation/Position: Pierce is a rising senior (he got held back a year) who is also a guitarist in a band. He's a suspected confirmed pothead, and though a bit of a smartass is a super chill guy.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Parents are open, as well as extended family. Bandmates and people from school are good too. Also people who like video games.

Open/Wanted CR: I want all the Greek mythology people. All of them. Otherwise, Pierce just needs more network bros in general.

Haunts: School (ish, he doesn't want to get held back again), clubs that will let him play, the park, the arcade
Potential Subjects of Interest: Music and video games are the easiest way to get his attention.

Other Info: I will be throwing up an open log sometime this week for him and his band playing a gig!

Melissa Lyre | Original | Police officer

Pre-Incarnation: Melissa was a cop, who became a hunter, who then became a vampire. Her life kind of sucked and she was kind of a bitch because of it.
Location: Locke
Occupation/Position: Melissa was one of the corrupt cops, but has been persuaded that the network isn't an awful place, even though she's still not 100% ok with all the shenanigans that go on on here. She's a sergeant who is actually quite serious and no nonsense at work, while being really sassy and way too flirty everywhere else. (though she is now dating Karl so the flirting is getting toned done a little.)

She is originally from the country area a ways outside of Locke, if anyone is from that sort of area!

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Melissa has several siblings, and already has an on-network niece! Cops would know her, barflys might (less so recently), as well as people at the gym or who hang around the park when she's out jogging.

Open/Wanted CR: I want her to be a terrible, terrible role model so much. Help me with this. Non-cop friends are also needed.

Haunts: The station, the gym, the park, bars everywhere
Potential Subjects of Interest: Melissa is kind of hard to catch the attention of on network because she's still really iffy about a lot of it. Justice, police stuff, exercise, and drinking are probably the best bets.

Other Info: Melissa has only gotten hunter Echos so far, and whenever she gets another she'll be realizing she was a vampire and freaking out. So that will be fun!

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Not really many unless you were a McDonald's customer, go to Espresso Yourself, or knew him in high school before he dropped out when he was 16 (he's 21 now). He lives in the slums and gets in trouble a lot, and has also been in jail so cops might know him?

Haunts: Mainly at Espresso Yourself now and he's kind of fond of that job. He's a damn good bartender so hit him up if you want a good drink.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Beer, drugs, things that most people probably won't talk about over the network. He's been staying away from it lately, though because he's kind of tired of being one of them 'special people'.

Other Info: He just got his blastia back, so hopefully he'll start getting his sadistic love for fighting back and that could be a potential interest there.

Also, he's a giant asshole who offends everyone and just doesn't care. I apologize. But one of these days he'll get his big bro trait back and be less of an asshole.

Pre-Incarnation: Neku was a super duper EMO KID who hated everyone and everything until he died and was forced to participate in a game where he had to learn ~THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP~ to survive. He came out of it as less of a douche, not that that would be hard.
Location: Locke City
Occupation/Position: Neku's a rising junior who is big into art. Like really big into art. He's also on track team. BUT ART. He's part of a group that does legal graffiti murals. He's also pretty smart and is in a lot of AP/honors classes.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Most of Neku's family is in Japan, but it could be made to work. People from school, especially art club and track team are good, as well as people he might have known in middle school when he was in band and the competitive math team.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything. Neku really hasn't gotten attached to many network people and I would like to change that~

Haunts: School, art store, wherever he's going graffiti, places that are nice for drawing, occasionally the arcade?
Potential Subjects of Interest: Art, track, art, music, art, plot things, did I mention art

Other Info: Neku is a quiet person and doesn't emote a lot, but he will be the straight man to your crazy people until the end of time. While occasionally being a stupid teenage boy himself.

Pre-Incarnation: Hamel, a dumb hero with music based powers and a really terrible attitude problem.
Location: Locke, but he’s going to Vegas on the 16th and will be staying until the end of June.
Occupation/Position: High school student (just finished 10th grade). Is about to get fired from his job at the grocery store so he’ll be looking for something else once he’s back from Vegas.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: LCHS students, grocery store coworkers/regulars.

Open/Wanted CR:
- Friends: patient people who don’t mind jerks / people who are jerks and can bond over being mean dumbasses.
- Negative CR: do you need a brat to hate and have petty fights with? Emil's your guy.

Haunts: The mall - especially music stores. The park. LCHS, obviously during school year.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Music!! He has music based powers so that’s always an interesting subject. Potentially dangerous dumb shit like homemade fireworks. Monsters are also interesting of late buuut he’ll be more hesitant with that.

Other Info:
- As I said, he’s going to Vegas so I’d love some shenanigans with people there.
- Recently he echoed back his past self’s explosive temper, and it’s going to get him fired (let’s just say bosses don’t like workers who get into screaming matches with customers and throw their groceries on the floor, even if it’s a really rude customer). He’d need something else once he’s back from Vegas, so if a PC has something for a 16 year old that isn’t customer service, I think it’d be nice. He’s super strong and good with music.
- He really wants to level up in magical music (he knows what Hamel was able to do, but only got back some of it). so if someone is willing to let him try his powers on them…

I’ll probably have throw a network post for him for everything: bitching about getting fired and looking for victims volunteers to practice on.

That idiot who tries to help people with their Echoes but fails a lot and also makes everyone cry when he texts them. Karl Aurion is his birth father. They're still getting used to that.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: His adoptive father (who I will note is African American) who I've semi-NPCed as well as anyone related to him. Otherwise classmates and previous classmates since he got held back twice in grade school.

Open/Wanted CR: More friends, more negative CR, everything really

Haunts: School on school days, restaurants, places where he can buy shiny things/electronics/comic books/those count as shiny to me, his house, maybe Karl's place

Occupation/Position: Unable to continue at his old job, Julien has been banking on his exotic look and working as a model. As a very obvious "superhero" who goes out and lives publicly, he may be considered a minor celebrity. Julien is very social and friendly, inclined to like people.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Julien traveled around the States a lot as a kid, and was in Locke for about two years as a teenager. He came back and settled here three years ago now. People he met as a teenager, in the past three years, or elsewhere in the country are very welcome! Family would also be fun, but that'd require more thrashing out and possibly consulting with Blaine's mun.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything's cool!

Haunts: He can't be found absolutely anywhere, but he's not infrequently out in public places. Just nowhere after dark. Lately he's been molting and shedding feathers, and he's often at the Thorssons to bathe in their yard.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Growing wings? Really it's hard to say, he's not shy at all but his mun sometimes tires and can't think of responses for him.

Other Info: I like writing fluff. |D What, I do. And friendly things in general. And I like it when Julien can be competent about something or other.

Lately I feel out of ideas and purely reactionary, which I don't like, but the muse is still strong.

Occupation/Position: Gas station attendant on the Vegas strip. Also volunteers a lot around the local area.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: The only thing I have confirmed is that he went to high school in the Vegas area, hasn't done any secondary schooling, and that his mom's side of the family is from Mexico. Any family or friends are totally up in the air. Got an idea? I'm game.

Open/Wanted CR: Jonas is just ridiculously laid back and endlessly friendly. He could use some bros, some people his age to Vegas with (lets make some money!!!), friends in general.

Haunts: Casinos-- he doesn't spend the big bucks and usually quits when he's ahead, but he gambles some. Also his gas station job. JoJo's also around on the network at weird hours, usually due to boredom.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Anything Vegas will get his attention. Alternatively, if you want me to tag you, I will find a way to tag you.

Other Info: Doing the thread now where he'll discover his healing powers. He'll specifically use them on inanimate objects, since wow, healing people is really tiring. But if you need some heals, he can be your guy.

Former soldier of the military during 2002 - 2006, was honorably discharged due to the death of his twin brother, Conleth. Did talk to a non-numbered therapist who suggested to record his days on a voice recorder, takes anti-depressants, sleeping pills and occasionally smokes to make it through the day. He moved to Locke in the middle of August with his black Siamese cat, Connor. He's now a grocery store baker, owns a second cat and is presently at war with himself due to his preincarnation's echoes.

Pre-Incarnation: Sandrath
An arch-angel before being corrupted by a substance known as 'demon blood' during several wars. After many years of mentoring another angel and doing nothing, he found a vessel to search the surface for answers, before another angel interfered and made the vessel compensate for two beings instead of one. Along the way, he got some new abilities, became a little bit more crazier before siding with the beings of below. He's a fallen arch-angel now and enjoying his new life in a body of his own, with some interesting opponents springing up from time to time.

Location: Locke
Occupation/Position: Grocery store baker

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Extended family (grandfather on dad's side is very religious), old class-mates from elementary to high school (although Xander's family moved about every few years), military relationship with him, his brother or father. Ex-roomates or ex-boyfriends / girlfriends. Regulars that frequent the bakery section or co-workers. Anyone that he might have saved during the Wise Snake or Possessed Car events via the shadows.

Open/Wanted CR: I'm open to any type of CR.
Although, he can be a bit socially awkward at first if it is a friendly conversation since he tends to distance himself from others. He gets better over time, but he's a bit stubborn about opening up about himself. As he echoes back more personality traits from his preincarnation, he will be more sociable and weird.

Haunts: He usually keeps to the bakery section of his work place or the appropriate aisles if he's out getting ingredients and usually spotted walking everywhere. He has listed the street intersections of his apartment on the network about three times now, but he wouldn't appreciate having a stranger drop by without any notice before-hand.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Since he knows what he's becoming, he's starting to keep an eye open for more posts involving angels / demons and supernatural creatures. If someone is a numbered therapist or psychiatrist, he will most definitely consider speaking to them. He tends to keep to himself a lot, so it's hard to say what else may grab his attention aside from posts from his friends.

Other Info: He was injured by the possessed car and made a post from the hospital. Due to this, he's going to be dealing with his parents for a bit and possibly reveal he's one of the numbered. Although, once he's out, he may consider asking if anyone wants to be his room-mate; but he hasn't had much success in the past and a tad worried he might do something he may regret due to his 'pulses'.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything. I'd especially like more close friends just because eventually he's going to Echo back anti-socialness.

Occupation/Position: Forensic scientist, specializing in chemistry

Naomi moved to Locke last summer with her daughter, who currently attends elementary school. She's not really looking for confrontation, but she is interested in investigating the mysteries of what's going on. She's echoed back some of her old's self abilities but is still trying to get comfortable with it, although she side-eyes her past self more than a little bit so she's still a little unsure about it all.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Co-workers, people at the elementary school or who have kids there, cousins, friends from school/college around a decade ago! (She's thirty-one now, for age reference.)

Open/Wanted CR: General friends and people to hang out with! Generally more light-hearted CR would be really cool.

Haunts: The library, places around her workplace (nearish the police station), occasionally the elementary school.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Science (especially chemistry!), investigative-type things, state of the city/ongoing network-related weirdness, etc. She tries to keep up on plot-related stuff, although she gets involved more rarely.

Other Info:
- I'd love to do more with Naomi's (eventual) medical abilities - or anything that gets her to step up a little more, really.
- Or I might get her involved with the reincarnate task force on the FBI for investigative purposes hinted at a while ago if that comes up and the motivations mesh, but that's not really set and definitely in the future.

Pre-Incarnation: Yoko Usami, emotionally stunted tsundere superpowered child soldier slash rabbit-themed Power Ranger, spy and helicopter pilot.
Location: Currently Locke City!
Occupation/Position: Yoko is graduating from HS next week, former captain of the Locke City Academy Tennis Club and president of the Key Club. Yoko's slated to attend LCU in the fall, nominally for psychology but god knows where she'll end up. She's fairly friendly, but an intense personality and demanding of those she works with. She enjoys the company of children and does volunteer work at the hospital's children's wing. She comes from a household consisting of an overbearingly loving father, an egotistical robot in the form of a cell phone, two hissing cockroaches and a douchebag old cat. Her parents are divorced, and she's become leery of serious conflict as a result. Yoko is somewhat distantly involved in the FBI's giant robot program (as a result of Echoing back her helicopter).

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Classmates/former classmates, locals who have been near the neighborhood tennis court, regulars in the children's ward of the hospital, etc. Jin was in the hospital for a month or so earlier this year, so even just 'regulars in the hospital during February and March' would probably have seen her.

Open/Wanted CR: Yoko's Echoed back the first step of her child soldier mindset as of the car plot. Any other teenage superheroes or people who are echoing back a really shitty past life are totally welcome!! I'm not turning anything or anyone down, though. uvu

Haunts: YMCA and other community centers to play tennis, the hospital, LCA, the mall, the local exotic pet store and veterinarian. Her helicopter is in FBI custody but because it's inert and Jin took the blame for building it/it's not actually supernatural until it turns into a rabbit robot (which she has never done) she's only been near it once or twice since.
Potential Subjects of Interest: This FBI stuff is 150% up her alley, but she was really hoping to rescue Reagan and is likely to be devastated if it's decided once and for all IC that he's dead. So, anyone in trouble, especially if it's because of superpowers. Also of interest: bugs! She loves bugs. She's currently a fairly normal teenager so I can get her involved in just about anything. She is a mecha nerd, but she's hiding her power levels quite hard.

Other Info: As always, help me get her away from Cain Hashimoto, he's trouble. A younger CR pool would be nice. Yoko's rude and will only become harder to get along with as time goes on, so just... as a warning...

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: His mom and dad run a clinic -- his dad being a doctor of alternative medicine and his mom a pediatrician so a patient of theirs if viable. Jude helps in the background sometimes so he might remember faces. He also goes to a dojo for Kung Fu a few times a week to keep up with his martial arts. Schoolwise, he's a sophomore in the science school. Outside of that he's at the library, then back at the clinic because strict parents are strict.

Open/Wanted CR: Any and all at this point

Potential Subjects of Interest: School and stuff will catch his attention as he's a dogooding helper. He's also interested in medicine so anything involving that will catch his interest as well. Steven is a comics nerd and an artist of a webcomic; he recently sold prints on his website to benefit local charities, featuring art of reincarnates who fought against Wise Snake. Steven loves heroes - but can't imagine being one himself. He's very friendly and a hot-blooded, protective person, without any of the need for parental approval his past life had, but he thinks of himself as a simple artist. Recently he's been posting sketches of publicly known Reincarnates on his tumblr, as 'practice', specifically drawing them battling bad guys.
