The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters. If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

For characters of either status, toss up a comment with your character's reincarnated name, pre-incarnated name, canon, and occupation in the subject line. E.x. Character: Cecil Keller
Pre-Incarnation: Kevin Cecil: Archangel of Repentance whose main job used to be smiting sinners for their own good...until the day things didn't quite go as foreordained. In Victorian England, he pretended to be a perfectly normal human butler. His favorite thing in life was doting on his tsun young master and watching over him like a compulsive doberman.
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Occupation/Position:USPS Mailman. He also volunteers at his local library, helping kids with their homework.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Kids at the library. Anyone on his mail carrier route. Neighbors who live in the same shabby building as he does (he's the shy weirdo next door). I'm open to suggestions! Cecil has no close relatives, but his (very irresponsible and musically-inclined) parents abandoned him and disappeared when he was a child. His grandfather's greatest love may or may not have been a Las Vegas stripper (also deceased), but hey, she could have friends who would show up to challenge his worldview!

Open/Wanted CR: Tsun and adorable kids, trolls, angels and demons, cage rattlers, anything Vegas, or, conversely, people who just get that he is a lonely weirdo who needs a breather. Cecil is very much attached to normalcy and his little habits. He is completely in denial and thinks he is going insane. Does, in fact, prefer to believe he is going insane because the alternative is oh so much worse. He also revealed his full name and address to the entire network. So have fun with that.

Haunts: His local library, his mail carrier route. Cafes and cheap diners. Plant and second-handed book stores.

Potential Subjects of Interest: He is an introvert who loves potted plants, books and quietness. He's old fashioned like hell because change is scary, and kind of conservative too. He's perpetually concerned about saving money (who knows what could happen in the future?). Oh, he also comes from a very British family. His dad was Jewish and his mom was Anglican, though Cecil himself is an Atheist.

Other Info: He is brand new, so he will spend some time pretending all this Numbered mess doesn't exist. Feel free to ruin his dreams. Cecil's previous incarnation was a gambling addict, so I'm looking forward to that.

Saretha Kaiser | Satsuki Kiyuin | Kill la Kill | College Student/Entrepreneur

Character: Saretha Kaiser
Rich girl with too much money and what she perceives as not enough power. Confident, she wants to make use of these new "resources" she's found to better her own position... and if helping to save the world is a consequence of that, hey. Why not.
Pre-Incarnation: Satsuki Kiryuin
Also rich, also confident. Ruled her school with an iron fist, built up an army behind her mother's back in order to bring her down and save her world. Unlike Saretha, did it for the fact it was a righteous cause. And maybe a bit of straight up, old fashioned vengeance.
Location: Locke City, NJ - but she can pretty much fly back and forth whenever she damn well feels like it.
Occupation/Position: College Student. Business Entrepreneur on the side - she has the money, so she's going to use it, and has been funding several small business start ups in LC for a little while.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Rich people. Business people. She's 21, so if you're around that age and attended the best private schools money could buy, there's that too. She's going to LCU now because its close.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything. Saretha is new. She's also not the ... nicest person, yet? She has yet to really gain Satsuki's sense of justice - she very well will use people to get what she wants, if she sees the opportunity. She's also quite willing to work alongside them as (mostly) equals if they prove themselves. But she's very judgmental in general, so one must be prepared for that.

Haunts: LCU, various small businesses here and there across the city. She's downtown a lot of times.

Other Info: Right now, Saretha is largely being played by ear dependent on what CR she gains and where the game plot goes. There are big plans further down the line with Raye Satterfield, but beyond that she's fairly open. She'd like to work towards helping ORGANIZE the Numbered, but that'll depend on if anyone is willing to listen to/let her do just that.

Also, she now has Junketsu - her killer alien monster dress that turns her into a half 75% naked super warrior. So there's that.

Lily Tsukuyomi | Yuri Tsukikage | Heartcatch Precure | High School Student

Character: Lily Tsukuyomi
Once your ordinary, if highly intelligent and nerdy high school student. Now, a magical girl that fights for justice! Or at least, would like to if she could just figure out what to fight now.
Pre-Incarnation: Yuri Tsukikage
Tragedy prone magical girl. Things die around her. A lot.
Location: Back in Locke City, NJ for now.
Occupation/Position: High School Student/Precure

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Lily's been in Locke City for the past 2 1/2 years. She's been an exceptional, if sometimes easily distracted student, so it's very easy to know her from there! She lived all over the country before then. Since the Wise Snake fight, the identity of most Precures was sussed out if not blown outright by reporters the day of the battle, so it's easy for her being a magical girl who fought a GIANT SNAKE with a sister who has a giant batwing and even a girlfriend who is also a magical girl to be known quantities coming in to meeting her, especially if its from High School. You know how those rumor mills work.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything, really! Lily has a wide variety of characters she's interacted with in the last half year I've been in the game. She's always up for interacting with pretty much anyone so if you want a brainy magical girl to bug you, feel free!

Haunts: In Locke, she most often frequents the library, any book stores still standing nowadays, and of course school. One of those she'll be losing soon with graduation on the horizon. Yes, Lily is... kind of a loser.

Other Info: Recently, Lily was injured by a Vermini possessed animal. She's recovering from that physically, but the psychological effect is going to stay with her for a little while.

She is most often working together with other Cures, magical girls ... and Russel and Raye. But she's willing to help anyone who needs it! She's taking this whole "superhero" thing kind of seriously.

Natalie Tamura | Nanoha Takamachi | Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha | 3rd Grade Elementary Teacher

Character: Natalie Tamura
Natalie is a young woman who led a fairly normal life until she saw the Wise Snake. Now, she's beginning to gain magical power (that she doesn't yet know is magical) that is destructive and she has no idea whatsoever what to do with it.
Pre-Incarnation: Nanoha Takamachi
Magical girl turned magical drill sergent, the Ace of Aces and Captain in an interdimensional military police organization.
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: 3rd Grade Teacher

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Natalie has lived in Locke since she was a young girl, though she was born in Japan. She led a regular, event free life up until now - attending school through your standard public schools and then attending LCU until she graduated and went on to become a teacher. She could be known from any of those points to her current job pretty easily!

Open/Wanted CR: Natalie has no idea what she's doing, she needs people to possibly help get her out in the open more. Other people dealing with magical or suddenly destructive powers could be a good thing, as well as similarly aged folks, other teachers, etc. Young kids who possibly attend Locke Elementary/could have recently been doing as such (she only started teaching a couple years ago) are also a thing I'd like to see if she could work with.

Haunts: Natalie has a fairly normal social life at this point, so she could be seen in all sorts of places around and about Locke City. She works at Locke Elementary, and lives in a small apartment building.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Younger characters doing dangerous things is likely to catch her eye, though she's already well aware from talking with a couple of them (Matt and Winter, specifically) that at least some teenagers know better than her how to deal with all this. Younger than that and she might start to stress out a little over them, as she's responsible for young children every day.

Eventually she'll be echoing back memories of being a soldier of a sort, but that's a ways off.

Otherwise, teachers will probably catch her attention - as might cooks! And nice people in general. She's really friendly, or will be once she gets over her shellshock.

Other Info: The power of Nanoha that Natalie will be echoing back can be highly destructive, and she'll be regaining portions of it before she regains the memory of how to USE it. Depending on events in the game, this could end poorly or not, it depends on who she has around her to help.

Neil Dylandy | Lockon Stratos 1.0 | Mobile Suit Gundam 00 | Mechanic/Giant Robot Pilot

Character: Neil Dylandy
Former soldier, mechanic by day, sometimes bartender by night, all the time Gundamsitter.
Pre-Incarnation: Neil Dylandy, codenamed Lockon Stratos
A man who lost his family to terrorism, he fights injustice in a giant robot... with... um. Terrorism???
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: Mechanic. Owns an auto repair shop.

Also has a bitchin' giant robot that's currently parked in an area of LCU the FBI has sectioned off. Watching over/investigating that thing is almost another occupation at this point.

He also sometimes helps his Mom a the family owned bar.

Neil is a man of many talents.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Raised in Locke his whole life, he was an Army Ranger in the Middle East in the early 2000s, but nearly lost his leg in the process. Honorably discharged, he later started up an auto repair shop. He's in his early 30s, so if you're in that time frame you could have gone to school with him. Former military guys are also a possibility, as are people who have taken their cars to his shop to be fixed up.

Open/Wanted CR: Annnnnnnnnything. Older folks, younger folks. Neil kind of needs to get out more, he's been staring at his Gundam for too long.

Haunts: His shop, his family's bar, LCU's mecha sector. Though that last one's only accessible by the Gundam/Eva pilots and FBI agents. You still might catch him around campus going back and forth.

Alexander S. Bogu | Allelujah Haptism | Gundam 00 | Concierge

Character: Alexander S. Bogu
Pre-Incarnation: Allelujah Haptism
Location: Las Vegas
Occupation/Position: Concierge at Marriott’s Grand Chateau


Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Well, given his job in Vegas, he's bound to know a lot of people and have a lot of business related connections, particularly to entertainment places on the strip.

Open/Wanted CR: Any and all? I've been out

Haunts: Marriott’s Grand Chateau, though he can be out and about as needed.

Potential Subjects of Interest: He's very curious about how this echo thing works, because he remembers nothing of his previous life.

Other Info: He also has a second, psychopathic personality that people might see flashes of, if they catch Hallelujah's interest. He also has an amazing set of abs.

Anything Else?: I've been very busy the last month, so I haven't gotten to as many things as I would've liked. That said, tags I owe will be incoming this week, and I'm looking to start new things and build cr, and get more involved in the game.

Henry Cassidy | Henry Mills | Once Upon a Time | Elementary student/Run away

Henry in his past life was born into a family basically comprised of grudges, revenge, and fairy tales. It's too complicated to get into.

In this life he's an orphan who is in the foster system who's parents died due to gangsters.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Other foster home children and possibly family members he never knew about. Maybe even the people who were involved with Henry's case or his parents.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything right now is fine. He's sort of getting familial attachments to people but more couldn't hurt? Also more friends.

At the moment, it's more or less common knowledge that Henry's on the run from "home." Unless, he's explicitly said so to your character, he's not mentioned WHY he's on the run.

Haunts: Espresso yourself, Libraries, probably a park somewhere. School.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Superheroes, magic, story books (fantasy), Harry Potter (Or STE's equivalent), comic books, video games, sword fighting, bow and arrows.

Other Info: Well, a big plan I have right now is to have Henry at some point will try and gather all the kids on the network to form their own little hero club. You know, in case the adults decide the kids have to stay out of everything. More on this later but people with kid characters interested in this (I think we're talking like 13 and younger just let me know)

Pre-Incarnation: Miiko Suzuhara
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: Cat

Once a talking cat in the past, now... a talking cat again. She can transform into a human form and generally has very little idea how the whole Human Thing works, but she wants to learn so she can be friends with normal people without them realizing she is, in fact, a cat. She is very attached to her owner Elly who was once a Numbered, but is no longer.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She used to be a stray for about a year, so if your character is the type to feed them, she might recognize you!

Open/Wanted CR: People who can teach her more about human things! People willing to give her slightly more structured lessons on things like reading and writing and such. She'll be a surprisingly quick learner!

Haunts: She wanders around a lot whenever Elly's out in the form of a teenage girl. She does, however, avoid the Dead District because that place is terrible and bad.

Other Info: She's kind of a brat of a cat, I apologize so much in advance.
