The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters. If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

For characters of either status, toss up a comment with your character's reincarnated name, pre-incarnated name, canon, and occupation in the subject line. E.x. "Cinderella | Rarity | My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic | Family Pet" In the body, of course, place any information you see fit; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

Character: Yoko Aznable
Pre-Incarnation: Yoko Usami, emotionally stunted tsundere superpowered child soldier slash rabbit-themed Power Ranger, spy and helicopter pilot.
Location: Currently Locke City!
Occupation/Position: Yoko is graduating from HS next week, former captain of the Locke City Academy Tennis Club and president of the Key Club. Yoko's slated to attend LCU in the fall, nominally for psychology but god knows where she'll end up. She's fairly friendly, but an intense personality and demanding of those she works with. She enjoys the company of children and does volunteer work at the hospital's children's wing. She comes from a household consisting of an overbearingly loving father, an egotistical robot in the form of a cell phone, two hissing cockroaches and a douchebag old cat. Her parents are divorced, and she's become leery of serious conflict as a result. Yoko is somewhat distantly involved in the FBI's giant robot program (as a result of Echoing back her helicopter).

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Classmates/former classmates, locals who have been near the neighborhood tennis court, regulars in the children's ward of the hospital, etc. Jin was in the hospital for a month or so earlier this year, so even just 'regulars in the hospital during February and March' would probably have seen her.

Open/Wanted CR: Yoko's Echoed back the first step of her child soldier mindset as of the car plot. Any other teenage superheroes or people who are echoing back a really shitty past life are totally welcome!! I'm not turning anything or anyone down, though. uvu

Haunts: YMCA and other community centers to play tennis, the hospital, LCA, the mall, the local exotic pet store and veterinarian. Her helicopter is in FBI custody but because it's inert and Jin took the blame for building it/it's not actually supernatural until it turns into a rabbit robot (which she has never done) she's only been near it once or twice since.
Potential Subjects of Interest: This FBI stuff is 150% up her alley, but she was really hoping to rescue Reagan and is likely to be devastated if it's decided once and for all IC that he's dead. So, anyone in trouble, especially if it's because of superpowers. Also of interest: bugs! She loves bugs. She's currently a fairly normal teenager so I can get her involved in just about anything. She is a mecha nerd, but she's hiding her power levels quite hard.

Other Info: As always, help me get her away from Cain Hashimoto, he's trouble. A younger CR pool would be nice. Yoko's rude and will only become harder to get along with as time goes on, so just... as a warning...
