The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters. If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

For characters of either status, toss up a comment with your character's reincarnated name, pre-incarnated name, canon, and occupation in the subject line. E.x. WHOOPS turns out May was murder, so let's try this again.

Character: Shaun Makoto Delaney
Pre-Incarnation: Shun Aonuma
Location: Locke City
Occupation/Position: Student at Bellings Elementary

Shun Aonuma grew up in the future idyllic community of Kamisu 66, where the water runs clean, the grass is green, and every human has psychic powers known as cantus. Shun's cantus was especially powerful, and he was considered a genius of his time that would go on to become a great leader of the people, but stuff happened and that didn't work out so well.

Shaun Delaney on the other hand is a very smart kid, but not really any kind of genius. He's quiet and shy around others and tends to find more enjoyment in researching whatever new thing he's become interested in recently: astronomy, various historical cultures, modular arithmatic - whatever piques his interest on wikipedia and prompts him to look into it some more, basically.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Family members would probably be from his father's (Irish) side, since his mother (Japanese) originally came to the States as an exchange student. He's also a student at Bellings Elementary and is currently 12 years old, so people knowing him from there would also work!

Open/Wanted CR: People his age to be friends with! Older sibling type characters to give him advice! People who can help him out when he inevitably regains the ability to move things with his mind! People who stumble upon the fact that he is "Makoto" from the Network, since he'll be using that as an alias and trying to avoid letting anyone know what he looks like in person out of concerns for his own safety! But really I'm up for pretty much anything.

Haunts: Bellings Elementary is the big one, but he also goes on walks to a couple of different parks with his dog nearly every day.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Dog care!! And a lot of random subjects that are mainly geared towards the sciences, really. People with psychic powers or discussing Jungian psychology/Buddhism/yoga??? will probably get some interest from him as well since those will cause echoes.

Other Info: I have no particular plans other than having him gradually echo back his psychic powers, which will be extremely useful fighting against vermini and extremely not useful against other people because after a certain point it will literally cause him to keel over and die. Might also do something with his susceptibility to hypnotism if he ever gains that back?
