[TEST] DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT

I HONESTLY COULDN'T THINK OF A GOOD PICTURE SO THANKS LAVVY
Here, have the slightly more relevant song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_nLlL1mwKI
Anyway, this is a random scenario test drive meem, since we've had an influx of new potential appers. I am a bit too lazy to make this a proper meem, so you make your own shit up. Here's some inspirational scenarios:
> The Mall. The hell are you doing out in the suburbs, bro? And why is that woman trying so hard to sell you nail polish?
> The Park. MAN IT IS A NICE D-- shit is that a Vermicelli or whatever the monsters are called?
> Arts & Crafts Fair. Cute knit cat cozies! Bad pretzels! YEAH.
> Rainy Day. It's wet and you're stuck at the bus stop. HOW DEGRADING.
> You get an echo while someone else is around. SHIT. PARANOIA TIME.
Or make up your own!
AQUA | KINGDOM HEARTS no icons yet
The famed Maya Aaronson, 60 year old author of The Starheart Key, part of the Order of Keys series. SO COOL. Get a book signed y/n?]
Lirael | Abhorsen/Old Kingdom Trilogy
She stands in line, her long hair hanging loose around her face, hugging her first ever copy of Maya Aaronson's first book and waiting.... Her hair also happens to half-hide the circular mark on her forehead. No, it's not related to any major religion. It's just... a weird circle. That glows sometimes. It's a little embarrassing, actually. But hair is useful for so many things.
It's her turn, and she mutely holds out the book, looking up at Maya from beneath her lashes. After a beat, she manages a nervous:]
It's... it's an honor.
!!! LIRAEL also sorry about the lack of icons. soon
but it made them all happy, so...]
The honor is mine, really!
[She gives a broad smile, then takes the book.]
I wouldn't be anyone at all if not for you fans, after all. My, this is a well-loved copy...
Should I make this out to anyone in particular?
heee yes :D happy somebody recognizes her already!
[She does smile a little, trying not to look like she feels like she might just die of embarrassment. Here she is, meeting an amazing author she's always loved, and she sounds like she's monosyllabic.
So she winds up with an equally embarrassing babble a moment later:]
You can write anything, really. It's just amazing to meet you. I could never write anything that creative, it's really one of my favorite book series, and... and. Yes, I have read it a lot, I know.

Make this out to my sister Gilda, please. [With a glance back to the girl in white.
Being here makes them feel very important.]

To Gilda, eh? Are you both fans...?
[she goes ahead and signs the book -- To Gilda, may your adventures always be great! -- Maya]

[With the book signed, Gwen is the first one to look at it, as if it's something she's done, for her sister, even though Gilda is standing just behind - where she passes it, signature on display.
Three hands are on the book, and while Gilda is still examining it with the occasional look back up to Maya in delight, Gwen comments:] I like it, though.
[She doesn't say "I like your books", exactly, because she hasn't even read them. What she likes is what Gilda has told her about them - which is quite a lot.]
forgive the lack of icons as well ;;;
I really really REALLY love your books!
it's cool haha I have ZERO icons yet
I could use the grownup form - but crazy face lol
[she's rough on her clothing what with terrorizing the neighborhood boys, chasing cars and skating all over.]
I'm glad you like it! I'll tell mom since she made it.

H-h-hello...!
