[TEST] DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT

I HONESTLY COULDN'T THINK OF A GOOD PICTURE SO THANKS LAVVY
Here, have the slightly more relevant song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_nLlL1mwKI
Anyway, this is a random scenario test drive meem, since we've had an influx of new potential appers. I am a bit too lazy to make this a proper meem, so you make your own shit up. Here's some inspirational scenarios:
> The Mall. The hell are you doing out in the suburbs, bro? And why is that woman trying so hard to sell you nail polish?
> The Park. MAN IT IS A NICE D-- shit is that a Vermicelli or whatever the monsters are called?
> Arts & Crafts Fair. Cute knit cat cozies! Bad pretzels! YEAH.
> Rainy Day. It's wet and you're stuck at the bus stop. HOW DEGRADING.
> You get an echo while someone else is around. SHIT. PARANOIA TIME.
Or make up your own!

[She isn't quite convinced, but, well, all seems well enough now!
Unless it wasn't.
Brightly:] Could you use a hand with anything? [Blinks.] Ooh, wait wait wait, that cat's not yours, right? 'Cause I could help you find him! Animals particularly like me!
Um, usually! [That one did go and run off the opposite direction in spite of everything, after all.]

Well, I think the question you should be asking is, does the cat consider herself my owner? Because cats don't consider themselves as belonging to anyone but themselves, you know.

Ooh! You do know that cat? I didn't know it was a she...
no subject
Oh yes, that was definitely a she. She comes around my place for food and a warm lap once every so often.
no subject
Ooh. [She is a come-and-go cat, then, anyhow - she'll come back herself! Norah tilts her head the other way.] Do you call her a name?
no subject
[He shrugs at the mention of a name for the cat.]
I call her Nox. Not very creative, but I figure if at any time she wants to hang around me a bit more she'll let me know what she wants to be called.
You don't have a furry companion of your own?
