How would fandom get it wrong?



HOW IT WORKS:

How do the thirteen-year-olds on fanfiction.net write them? Who are they shipped with ad nauseum? What are they like in Omegaverse?

Obviously he's the white haired prettyboy who is DEFINITELY GAY despite canonically being bi and liking to hit on the ladies. According to fandom, this is just a way for him to get over his ~*feelings*~ for his brother because omg super hot soulmates right???? Sometimes shipped with Chris as well for the het fans in the audience. Chris/Shiro and Nakamcest shippers are always at odds in a fight the likes of which hasn't been seen since Ichirukis vs Origos.

In fic, people tend to write Shiro a lot more brooding and dark than he really is, and oh yeah he always plays his guitar in public places. HAVE YOU HEARD THIS ONE IT MIGHT BE WONDERWALL. Sometimes they go the other way and he's too woobie. Bitch, he's a happy medium between badass and fairy, ok.

Now that he's got a job with Eugene, people have started writing fics where Eugene walks in on whoever Shiro's banging in the bakery cold storage. (There was this one Chris/Shiro fic when he ended up joining in.)

It's not a major ship but there is totally a fic where Julien writes poems all over Shiro's perfect porcelain skin.

Some of that vore will also feature Jules or at least mention him in passing; it's his tender flesh which awakened those cravings for the first time, you know.

I was thinking normal ink! Or like some kind of marker. Julien's portrayal is usually pretty innocent and harmless. But, I'm sure harsher versions are out there.

Shiro's dish will taste better, is all I'm saying. Even though the bird's too old to be proper squawb and is rather tough.

Chickens eat each others' feathers all the time. ...That doesn't make it not weird, who'd want to possess that etc.

...I once wrote a porn fic about an AU from the end of Shuu's route where Yuuya became a ghost, and since the protagonist had eaten his body months ago it counted as being part of her, and he could possess her.

Actually I had that idea and wrote that fic because of the "what would your character do if my character died" plurk meme, when I suddenly realized that Jules might become a ghost and that would be really depressing to play out. And noted that he'd be bound to the area where he died because he probably wouldn't have any bits of his body surgically implanted in anyone and thus be able to leave the area with them. Maybe eating his corpse would count! It is delicious and fine-smelling. But somehow I doubted anyone who gave in and tried it would be popular.

Krystal responded with "...........well Ichigo has this brother", so you see, it has come full circle.
