[test] THIS WEATHER IS RIDICULOUS

Random scenario test drive meme. Some prompts:
> Ah god it's so hot and muggy how awful!
> The worst thing about summer cold snaps: you don't usually have your windbreaker handy because it's been so damn hot.
> The wind is perverse and trying to steal your things and/or crash stuff into you.
> It's raining wet vermy-things, as if the hail and possible storm wasn't bad enough. Now you have rain-echoes to deal with, at best.
> A nice day? I guess those exist?
So where are you?
> Caught way out in the open! At the beach, in the steet, at a fair, anywhere.
> Taking shelter! Bus stop, club you wouldn't normally frequent, bridge underpass, any port in a storm, any shade from the deathsun.
> In the mall or somewhere comfortably out of the elements, you lucky sunuvanek.
> Somewhere... else? idk, do what you want!
Have at thee!

Hiiiiiii-YA! [ BLAM, no more fuzzball. ] And that's for making my vision go all screwy, fluffy little bastard!

At least somebody seems to be enjoying it...[She mutters softly to herself, watching another few creatures fall prey to the cold hard hammer that is algebra.]

With a debonair grin, she pushes her glasses up the bridge of her nose, even when they've started to fog. ]
But you could say I'm enjoying it. The little beasties die pretty easily!
[ And as an afterthought, though no less heartfelt: ]
Hi there.

Rei takes a precautionary step backwards. Okay weird bloodthirsty person maybe making a passing comment at you wasn't such a good idea.]
...You could go home like everyone else. [You know, instead of staying here and smashing them with a math text. She glances to the side in a "how dumb and or insane must this girl actually be?" type of way.]
no subject
Eesh, hard to believe they're actually alive when they do stuff like that, huh?
[ Tucking the wet book under her equally wet arm, she regards her company again with a once over. ]
I was on my way, but I just couldn't resist when these guys started coming down. [ Tutting, she sing-songs: ] One good turn deserves another, and all that!

Not that she cares. Rei spins her umbrella, causing the rain that has begun to pool to fly off in a large spatter.]
I see.
[Her body begins moving again, heading to walk past Mari.]
There's a hornet's nest by my house. Feel free to show up if you can't resist your primal instincts to slaughter again. [She says it quietly, without tone. It's probably difficult to discern whether she's taunting Mari or legitimately asking for help.]

[ We are neither confirming nor denying.
Unsurprisingly, all it takes is a skip and she's tagging along. INTEREST ENGAGED. ]
Hornets aren't going to slaughter us eventually, however!

If they could, they would. [She says matter-of-factly while lifting up the umbrella to let Mari under. Rei doesn't particularly like strangers, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have various shreds of human decency lying around in here.]
Go ahead.

[ Life's little curve balls were funny. One minute you're murdering alien life forms, the next you're sharing an umbrella with a stranger, watching the soggy wet little spores sporadically make landfall. ]
Anyway, I'm taking an educated guess when I say that you've probably never been touched by one of those fuzzballs.
