Isaac and Miria are basically a nicer, stupider, Bonnie and Clyde. No... more like a much more pleasant, and dumb, Honey and Bunny from Pulp Fiction. Regardless, the song fits.

Before I'd actually watched Baccano!, I associated Ludo's "All the Stars in Texas" with Isaac and Miria. It's another Bonnie-and-Clyde-type song, so that's probably where the association came from.
