You respond with as much wordage as you can.

At some point in this process, entertainment is generated. At the very least, curiosity is satisfied.

Have you found a decent pizza place yet?

I found two, actually. Antonio's on Main Street, and Big Slab Pizza downtown. Antonio's is more "Olde worlde". It's got super thin crusts and all kinds of weird ingredients. Mushrooms and pepperoni, sure, but you can also get stuff like anchovies, cilantro, and even corn (don't knock it 'till you try it. It's actually pretty good.). Big Slab, on the other hand, markets to a much more Americana type of audience. They have less variety of pizza toppings, but like a zillion different styles of crusts, a huge drinks menu, all kinds of happy hour deals, and HUGE portions. Behemoth. Titanic. Big.

Which one I like better depends on what I'm in the mood for. Antonio is good for when you want something interesting, Big Slab for when you're just really freaking hungry or with a big group. Big Slab has a more relaxed atmosphere. They've got a few arcade machines in the corner and classic rock blaring all the time, as opposed to Antonio's Italian wailing pop stars, so I think over all I would SLIGHTLY favor Big Slab.

Neither has good desserts, though. If you want a dessert, go somewhere else.

I like to give you a hard time because your reactions to being given a hard time a wonderfully hilarious. Your endless overreacting and bizarre sense of ego are just endlessly funny in general, so it's worth having you around. To put it bluntly, you're a joke.

But even if your head is up in the clouds, your heart is ultimately in the right place. Even if you live in a personal dreamworld where you are the hero of some kind of endless Hollywood blockbuster, at least it's one where you're the hero. When we need to work together on something, you'll pitch in and help without question. You might show up in a cape, but you show up while some other network people are sitting back with smug looks while they explain that actually expending effort to try and figure out what's going on is a stupid idea.

Also there's something entertaining about having someone around I can just be blatantly, stupidly competitive with. I WILL learn to fly properly before you do.
