TL;DR Meme

Post with your character.

Other people ask you a question. Anything from "What is your favorite color?" to "What do you think of Tavia?" to "What does it mean to be human in this technological era?"

If you're short of ideas for questions, "What do you think of me?" is an easy one that people usually want answered.

You respond with as much wordage as you can.

At some point in this process, entertainment is generated. At the very least, curiosity is satisfied.

Aww. Oh well! So when you do that, do you feel butterfly-sized, or is it just like looking at a camera feed?

More like looking at a really bad camera feed since it's vision is quite different.

Popping all my precious fantasies, Tamara!

Okay, uh, Star Trek or Star Wars?

If you want to fly then go hang gliding or something. And take Sam with you.

Star Wars.

But that's expensive, and we're poor and lazy! Oh, is Sam interested in flying?

Why's that?

I've seen his other self fly in the memories I have, so it's something he'll be able to do.

Because Star Wars doesn't even try to be realistic and explain everything, it just tries to put on a good show with an interesting story.

That lucky bastard. Heh.

Huh! Yeah, I guess not. Trek isn't that realistic either... well I assume it's not, I've only ever watched early-ish stuff. Transporters. Kirk fighting with his butt. But it does try and claim it's from the same reality as, uh, us.

Star Trek tries to pretend it is realistic with all the jargon. Really, Star Wars is more fantasy, and Star Trek is science fiction and of the two genres, I prefer fantasy.
