The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

A return of the CR Meme - trying something a tad different this time as a combination of regular CR/Plotting Meme and actively-encouraged Relation-By-Reincarnation (or more plainly pre-game CR) meme, open for both plotting between and with characters currently in-game and pre-hashing things out for ones you've got under consideration or pending - see if you might benefit from setting them up with a running start!

For purposes of organization, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

For characters of either status, toss up a comment and any information you see please; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

You are forgiven, my son. If you like we can say that he left early or got lost on the way there or something. I've also got vague plans to have a similar style of party some time in December, so if you still want to get in on something like that there will be more chances.
