Random scenario test drive meme! For all you thinking about apping to our fair game. Because all our characters are the modern reincarnates of the people we canon reviewed for, you need a modern AU! Post your character with a couple details about who they are now. Use a prompt to set the scene! And tag around.
RAIN: The weather sucks and you gotta share a bus stop, overhang, or other cozy space with someone.
MONSTERS IN THE PARK: Doesn't really matter what they are, it's time to run and/or fight!
NEW ECHO: augh you were minding your own business in public and now you have feathers for hair, or you just had a vivid flashback to being a wizard, or suddenly you have your preincarnation's clothes on. Someone help! Or point and laugh, that works too.
NORMAL DAY AT THE MALL OR WHEREVER: Slice of life happens too!
WILD CARD: You can't be contained by these paltry prompts! Get out there and combine them or make your own!

But you can call me Chris.
[She puts down whatever she's been manhandling. robothandling. Whatever.]
I hear you're good with machines. I'm pretty good myself but I need some help.

It's a good thing you didn't hold your arm out for a handshake because it'd probably have been getting tired by now. How long does it take for a silence to become awkward? Oh well.]
...The Empire of what? [We'll ignore the Prince of Destruction title. Kim figures that a dispute over the succession a throne with that name would likely produce very little in the way of useful results. But then, there's business to attend to.] Yes. I'm a mechanic. Is something busted?
[What if it's her robot hands?]
Is it your robot hands?
[Please let it be the robot hands.]

[time to doff the coat, sunglasses... annnnd the shoes. Hey Kim she's robot from her hands to her shoulders, in her eyes, and then there's her feet... do those go all the way to her hips? WHO KNOWS]
So the problem is that these are alien devices that take some kind of exotic fuel, and as you can see...
[she holds out her hands. They shake about as badly as somebody with Parkinsons; it's a wonder she didn't drop anything]
They're kind of low on power. It's starting to make me sick; I think they're stripping nutrients out of my bloodstream now to feed themselves. I was wondering if you could take a look and see what you could do about an auxiliary power source. Me, I'm a programmer, not a mechanic, and so while I can tell you some stuff about how I think they work... yeah.
