Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Jacuzzi goes to community college and generally doesn't do much there! He grew up in Locke and was generally that kid who everyone took advantage of in school.

Open/Wanted CR: 1) People to take it easy on Jacuzzi! He does his best when he has people to care about and fight for. He's loyal to a fault and kind to pretty much everyone. I'd like him to find friends and people he can stick with and actually not constantly freak out around

Yoko is a 17 year old high school student! She's president of Locke City Academy's Key Club and captain of the girl's tennis squad. Her dad is some genius dick.

In her past life, Yoko was a 17 year old traumatized orphan serving as the member of a special operatives team called the Go-busters. She had superpowers, a hyper-hyperactive metabolism, and a tsundere rabbit dad.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Yoko is a senior at LCA. She's social and went to public middle school, so people at LCHS may recognize her nonetheless! If they are at all involved in intramural sports, she plays both doubles and singles outside school when the season is over. The Key Club does a lot of work with the hospital.

Open/Wanted CR: More dumb teenage friends, of course, but also people to be prickly at. She can be really rude, come be rude back.

I am more than happy to take all the cr. She'll be slipping back into the child soldier mindset she has in canon now that the first big echo on that front has popped up, so people who that would alarm and upset are especially welcome. ;)

Other Info: She recently echoed back her Gobusters jacket and that her mission was to save her mother from someone named Messiah, and she'll be posting about it soon.

Once upon a time he was a huge robot motorcycle cop that spouted nonsense English at random. Now he's a not-huge human motorcycle cop that spouts actual English. Also he's kind of a dick and has weird trust issues.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Max did a lot of moving between California and Tokyo when he was younger and never really established any lasting friendships. He was, however, on the Highway Patrol for a couple years before transferring to LCPD, and he would have gotten to know people he worked with there.

As for like a SPECIFIC DUDE he has a serious beef with his ex-highway patrol partner who ran off and joined a gang in Locke city. I didn't really specify if it was the Blood Keys or not just in case someone wanted to come along and app a dude named Harvey Davidson (he was a motorcycle cop too can you tell).

SO LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS GIRL, she's ultra-responsible, spends all her time in the library, and then she's on the student council, and she makes a bunch of friends, which is new to her, and some of them are questionable but that's okay, and then she starts working too hard because- /shot

But no, Winter's a sweet girl with dependency issues and a burning need to do something useful for someone. Recently she was removed from the student council after being arrested for doing her job a bit too well, and she wasn't taking that well at all. But she had a birthday party almost a week ago now that proved to her that everything's right with the world and that there are people she does matter to. This is going to be the start of a major upswing in her personality, and after the last month I really think she needed it. Dark Winter is fun, but I like this side of her, too, and I'm going to be exploring it as far as I can.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: You know that damned student council ~~president~~ secretary that knows more about you than you do, and feels like it's her job to keep an eye on you? Yeah, that's Winter, except she's doing it because she cares way too damned much. And even though she's not on the student council anymore, she still believes it's her duty to watch out for everyone. Maybe not as much as before, but if you're in trouble and you're a high school student, Winter will be there. You are welcome to have been mothered at some point in the last four months and (resent/appreciate/be confused by) it. Related to that, the news ran a story three weeks ago about a girl being kicked off the student council; they didn't secure her name by press time, but it wasn't hard to find within the next day or two (especially if you're on Twitter), so you could recognize her from that.

Alternately, she reads books a lot, so the library is a place she goes, as is anywhere she can sit down with a good book, meaning she's not really hard to find outside the school. Her dad writes stories for the local newspaper and, rarely, other publications, so that's a thing, too. And her mom works pediatrics at the university hospital.

Open/Wanted CR: Winter has a lot of CR that helps to reinforce her. I'm totally up for more of that - her luck is really bad, incidentally, and that's only mostly my fault - but I'd also be up for negative CR. Either someone she can't help, or someone that doesn't want her help. Or just someone that she argues with all the time. I know her life is looking up, but I can't quite see myself letting her coast on sunshine and rainbows.

Other Info: Mostly covered above. Winter is highly sentimental, a little romantic, and very wordy when she wants to be. As she said to someone before, when your only friends growing up are books, you start to talk like one, and she illustrates that to a tee.

Character: Ethan Landes
Pre-Incarnation: Syaoran Li, Cardcaptor Sakura

Syaoran Li. Heir to the Li Clan, his destiny was to find the Clow Cards and to be an asshole to the Cardcaptor, Sakura Kinomoto, until she handed over the staff and the Cards. Predictably, this went horribly wrong and he spent the rest of the series playing second banana and crushing on her horribly. As it happens, she's better at this whole Clow Card things than he is, and he'll settle for making sure she doesn't get herself killed along the way before he can confess to her. ~~I mean.~~

Ethan, on the other hand, is a generally decent guy. He's got some rough edges after his mother was murdered in an act of gang violence some years ago, but he's trying to be a real stand-up guy. He's also slowly starting to Echo back hints of that past-life thing everyone's talking about, and they don't make any damned sense. But he does know that Holly might be involved somehow. Aside from that, he's out to make sure nobody that shouldn't get hurt does, and that everyone that should get hurt gets what's coming to them. (But mostly the former.)

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Police and teachers! Ethan's mother was killed in what was believed to be an act of gang violence about five years ago; it's a cold case by now, but the last Ethan heard, it was still open, and they still don't have a whole lot of answers as to what the hell happened. He's got a somewhat warped sense of justice as a result of that, which has made it into both the case file and his own. That means the cops have a general inkling that he's capable of vigilante justice if he really feels it necessary, and the teachers at the middle school (and, eventually, the high school) have been informed that he's kind of a loose cannon if something stupid is happening, and to keep an eye on him. As you can guess, he doesn't appreciate this, but he accepts that it's necessary, and he's grateful for the attempt to help him in the spirit it was made.

In less serious territory, Ethan's on the middle school soccer team with Toushirou (he's decent at it), and he goes to karate practice a few times a week.

Open/Wanted CR: ALL THE THINGS. Ethan needs more CR across the board; aside from his castmate and his soccer buddy, he doesn't get out terribly much. This needs fixing!

Other Info: If you start a fight in front of Ethan Landes, you're going to have a bad time. (Unless you're a cyborg or something overpowered.) Precious few people are willing to get in the way if he jumps into something. If you start a fight with Ethan Landes, you're going to have an even worse time, because nobody is going to feel like helping you, least of all Ethan. You had one chance, and you screwed it up. That's your problem, and you're going to enjoy the results of your lack of planning.

The "Wonderful Shrine Maiden of Paradise," aka the grumpy, lazy and incredibly hax peacekeeper of the Glorified Youkai Nature Preserve that is Gensoukyo. Now an equally grumpy and lazy, but infinitely less hax (for now) Foreign Exchange Student who works at her relatives' Shinto Shrine in Japan town.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Like Roselle- She and her sister moved to the US from France about a year and a half ago. Dani is in the 3rd grade, even if she likes to say she is older over text. Over text she is cheery and willing to talk when in person she will normally shy away and won't say a word to anyone but her sister. Withdrew from her peers at school due to them not wanting anything to do with her but still!

She's in and out of the hospital due to her Immunodeficiency but very VERY rarely speaks to her doctors.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: she's a starling-chandler student! and frequent queen bee of the home-ec room. her mother is the executive chef of one of locke's beach resorts.

Open/Wanted CR: she is so new it hurts, so she's in need of a little bit of everything. friends, enemies, people to nitpick. ...cats. classmates are always welcome, as are bakers where she may have tried to find an in into the industry. but cupcakes tho.

Character: Russel Goldman
Pre-Incarnation: Raiel

A junior at LCHS who is obnoxiously friendly and upbeat. He makes a point of befriending kids who seem lonely and standing up for people if he sees them being bullied. This has gotten him into a few fights but NO REGRETS.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities:
- He's a junior at LCHS!
- He's on the football team (#34!)
- He's in the drama club (usually plays the villians)
- His dad, Samuel Goldman, writes terrible and hilariously unpopular children's books
- His mom, Patricia Goldman, is the publicly elected State Comptroller
- He roleplays on the internet and he has one MMO that he is Very Serious about (in which he plays a summoner type magic user) so it is possible to know him online!

Open/Wanted CR: More magical girls and talking animals, tbh. I'd also like a few outcast kids for him to be friends with, since that's a thing he does.

Other Info: Russel is part of Annie's All Star Precure team as Cure Love! He will eventually be getting back some super strength and the ability to play magical piano music and will be able to SUMMON SPIRITS BY PLAYING THE PIANO!!!

He will also get increasingly emotionally unstable and melodramatic. Expect dramatic and severe mood swings for the sake of hilarity as time goes on.

Character: Jake Harrison
Pre-Incarnation: Snow Villiers (FFXIII)

Jake's generally sociable and friendly, though he has a tendency to be sarcastic and playfully pick on people rather than just being happy-friendly. He's 22 and still acts a lot like a college kid, but he's in that transition of trying to actually act like an adult. He fails at this a lot. He gets bored very easily and has no sense of patience, usually having to keep himself preoccupied constantly. He's competitive over the stupidest things (games, how fast something can get finished, etc.) and will compete with others in his head far more often than he'd ever admit out loud. He's also really into cars and motorcycles.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Family - He has an older sister that I'd be cool with someone apping. All I've conceived about her is that she's strong and independent enough that he views her as being on equal standing with him (so he's not in a protective brother role) and he gets along with her as opposed to his parents.

Not family - He's a mechanic in an automotive shop (Armco), so there's plenty of CR opportunity if your character drives. He can do repairs and maintenance for both cars and motorcycles. He wouldn't normally be the one to talk to customers, but if the owner's busy, he'll talk to whoever needs help.

He was born and raised in Locke City and was a fairly sociable during school. He was in several different sports teams from middle to high school, but never stayed in any for more than a year. During high school, he was also one of "those kids" at the DDR machine in arcades. Yeah, you know the ones. He went to the technical institute in the city, too, but he was less sociable during that time. It's more likely that if anyone knows him from before, it'd be either from back in high school or work.

Open/Wanted CR: Pre-established friendships or regular customers he'd recognize would be awesome. Maybe friends who do stupid risky things so he can get dragged into more dangerous events. I love negative CR, too. I'm a bit interested in having rivalry CR of some kind with someone. It could be the friendly sort over stupid petty things or a more serious rivalry. I'm open to ideas on this.

Other Info: Idk, he's got a cat that he's tsun about, treating him like a kid is the best way to honestly get on his nerves, and he doesn't know much of anything regarding movies or tv shows since he never watched them much. Though his canon counterpart's main role is to PUNCH ALL THE THINGS, Jake isn't much of a fighter... but he'll step up if it comes to that. I want to slowly get him over his "stand back and watch" mindset and get more involved in things.

Character: Ravindra Savarna

A former combat medic who is now an RN at LCUH's ER and also a volunteer at the LSR clinic. He has a pair of cats who are his babies, and an expensive Corvette that is also his baby. Loves terrible movies.

He has an anxiety disorder and OCPD, both well-managed thanks to medication and therapy, but it's still a major aspect of his personality in both cases. He can be passive-aggressive and controlling, but mostly he's just TERRIBLY AWKWARD AND SHY.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities:
- Frequent Fliers at the LCUH ER may have met him
- He was in the Army from 1999-2007, stationed at Ft Turner in Locke City and deployed to Iraq twice
- Raised in New Delhi and moved to Los Angeles in 1995, so knowing him from either place is a longshot, but possible
- He has several ex-boyfriends that were all nasty breakups because he just keeps picking overbearing/insensitive dudes and doesn't learn

Open/Wanted CR: Mostly I want ARMY BUDDIES!!! Would not mind an ex-boyfriend showing up. Coworkers at LCUH are also always welcome, and if all else fails you can always meet him at LSR when your weird echoes require medical attention. I also enjoy people who will casually flirt with him because he has no idea what to do with it and gets incredibly awkward.

Other Info: He is a healspec paladin! He is moving into a role as Team Healer and he is okay with that. His magic hurts anything it considers "evil" though (it will still work, just painfully). He'll also be regaining some assassin abilities along with the paladin ones.

Also he will probably be getting more morally grey and less attached to people as a general concept as the game goes on--but MORE attached to people he's actually acquainted with. His preincarnation was a misanthropic hermit for the latter portion of his life.

Anything Else?: Obligatory warning that this character suffers from generalized and social anxiety, and I do write the unhealthy thought patterns that stem from those things. If this is uncomfortable for you to read, let me know and I will avoid it around you!

Pre-Incarnation: A badass rogue dwarf with a fondness for storytelling and an equally badass crossbow, who is the ~~main character~~ companion of the main character in a video game about dragons and mages and templars.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anyone in business, in high society, or involved in criminal activity! Varric's also been in Locke City pretty much his whole life, so anyone who's old enough and has been around long enough to maybe be high school or college friends?

Open/Wanted CR: Old friends, business rivals, people in the mob, past girlfriends!

Other Info: Varric is a mob boss, and I'd love to do more with that, either with people already currently in it, people being recruited, people who've been hit by them, shady business deals, anything like that!

Pre-Incarnation: A cop who found out he's actually descendant from a long line of people who hunt down and kill fairy tale creatures, and he's supposed to do the same. He then proceeds to fail miserably at that and instead befriends a bunch of them. ...and also kills some others but that's beside the point.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anyone involved with anything related to the police, or anyone who's had dealings with them! Also ex-girlfriends/boyfriends, bartenders or baristas, restaurant owners, anything like that

Open/Wanted CR: There aren't very many network people who know that Nick's a cop, and he trusts 99% of those who do, so it'd be interesting to have him have to deal with someone who met him as a cop pre-network, or meets him in a cop capacity now. Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Benjamin is a professor at Locke U (in the engineering and medical department) as well as a doctor working in the emergency room at the university hospital, so anything from either of those! Students, colleagues, patients, other people who work at the hospital, anything like that! He's also an only child, BUT he has a ton of cousins living all over the world, so cousins would be awesome!

Open/Wanted CR: People to talk science with, kids, people his own age, anything. Maybe someone to get him to talk about something else other than science all the time? Also any characters currently (or in their past-life) involved in the military or who were in a way, because he needs to increase his sample size of 'people to ask awkward questions of.' ...possibly an ex of some kind.

Other Info: He's slowly starting to get involved in more network stuff, though at the moment it's mostly offering medical help and working on research/information stuff, but I'd like to start getting him actively involved

Open/Wanted CR: Very much desiring street people (gangbangers, homeless, etc) who he might have been hanging around recently! Eternal optimists to butt his general negativity off against! Cops to have had run-ins with! Open to other ideas too.

Other Info: Oh boy, so here's the thing: since almost the start of the game, Jack's been on the run and had a rough time in general... and more recently, got fucked up by the bombing of the Dead District. So this does limit the kind of places/things he'd be out doing; worth thinking about in terms of CR-building.

Character: Reilanin Bainbridge (OCville)
Pre-Incarnation: Same name, same lycanthropy... more or less.

Reilanin's background was as a wandering lone werewolf in a Renaissance-era city where she settled down and caused some trouble. Said trouble is brewing again in the here and now while she's been echoing back some especially lovely memories and abilities. She works at the downtown branch of the library (which should be coming out of repairs since the earthquake!) and tries not to want to eat people. But it's hard. ): She's trying to be helpful and get involved and get to know more people but she's not the best when it comes to interacting with people and prefers to avoid the issue by pretending nothing is wrong. (This is mostly because life has been kicking my ass ;-;)

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I prefer to leave her family out of it... she's had a string of boyfriends in the past but without any emotional connection. She works at the local library.

Open/Wanted CR: I would like to try and get things going with the other werewoofs where they start acting more like a pack! There are a lot of werewoofs these days and I am so happy about it and so sad that I haven't had much energy/time to put into it. Also more reason for her to get outside instead of holing up, as she is wont to do.

Other Info: There was an attack on some Blood Keys a few weeks ago that I had happen in the background while I was moving... I'll assume no one was killed or, since it was in the Dead District, not much came of it given the location. I am willing to deal with potential consequences either way. I've just been flying it under the radar so far.

I've been considering how to echo back her stronger sense of moral ambiguity, which might heighten her chances of going out and finding her own food. Not sure how to swing that one so far.

The "normal" character is his wacky anime about death and vore. Military teenager with a lot of loss and pain. Foil to the main shonen protag, tunsdere as all fuck. All good things.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Middle School Student. Being amateurly annoying/embarrassing.

Open/Wanted CR:
-Middle School Students (though I'm slow around these times of year but I'm seriously totally up for logs!)

-SOON! Jamie will be getting his 3DMG training (I think) so he should be using his asthma. He'll also be maybe getting his muscle back this month but it might be next month nonetheless he'll be able to show off the gear and the act of flying through the air as well as acrobatic PERHAPS, nonetheless all those things are in the future if you'd like to plot/keep an eye out for that.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities:
Henry's just kind of a foster kid who moved here in September. He's not very sociable though but people can know who he is or have talked to him. He's just not wanting to make friends all that much.

He's been in school so teachers or other kids could've talked to him in the school yard or in class.

Any cops might know who he is due to a case he was technically involved in Boston. But, more to come with that in the below sections.

Otherwise, anything kind of goes. Just keep in mind Henry keeps people at arms length right now.

Open/Wanted CR:

Parental figures are a must and stable ones. He's in a foster family right now but he doesn't view that as Family. Just some people taking care of him until they toss him aside. People that are willing to treat him like their child and all that fun family gushy stuff.

Also friends. He needs friends. He's already getting some in the forms of bitty elementary students, Phillip, Toushiro and Luke but more are welcomed.

Anything else goes and anything is wanted. Seriously, I'm new and I'll play with anything given or suggested.

Other Info:
WELL, something your character can know about Henry is the fact that he's a foster child. For certain children won't know this unless someone else tells them and even then that's if they've heard it through the grape vine. Henry doesn't mention it that much.

Another thing is that Henry's parents were both murdered in Boston by a Drug lord and his goons. So this has made the news and would've floated around online. The reason why it made the news though was because of his mom w a casop and busted a drug ring in Boston and his dad was a lawyer known for putting away drug dealers (who happened to work for this drug lord).
In official news they wouldn't have mentioned Henry's name, just that the parents had a child. However, his name could've leaked onto the internet so there's that. Pretty much I'm letting you decide to what degree people know who Henry is. Just keep it realistic. I have a permissions here just for that

I plan for Henry to break out of the little shell he's made and find some hope in the world, but so far no big plans yet.

Character: Thomas Anders don't you dare call him by his first name he definitely didn't introduce himself to you as anything but Anders
Pre-Incarnation: Anders (Dragon Age)

Canonically: Anders is an opinionated mage and fighter for mage freedom; he also runs a free clinic for refugees and feeds stray cats. Somehow this leaves him spare time to trail around after the player-character protagonist whenever you need a healer in your party.

Reincarnated: Anders is a veterinarian! Sort of. He's only licensed in his home state, and having defaulted on massive student loans, he's trying to steer clear of mainstream banking and is relying on unskilled work in the underground economy at present. He's driven his battered old Volvo wagon across the continent to hang around Locke City for the foreseeable future. Interests include animal rights, environmental preservation, and class warfare -- causes for which Anders believes radical action is justified.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Grew up in Southern California, did his undergrad work at UC Berkeley, went to vet school at UC Davis, went back home to Southern California for a brief stint of soulless despair. Fell in with a bunch of radical activists like a cross between PETA and Zendik Farm only more interested in action and less in image. I'm open to previous CR opportunities from any of these places. He would have done clerky/retaily sorts of work for rent money in college, as he does now in Locke City, so you can have met him doing a thing like that as well.

Open/Wanted CR: Since Anders is pretty much brand-new to Locke City, he's only had two Echoes as yet, one a memory and one a minor material object. None of his magic abilities has been regained. I'd like to lay the groundwork for him to recognize what those powers are, by having him meet other healer and/or magic-user types, if possible -- especially since in his pre-canon life, mage liberation was pretty much Anders' raison d'etre.

Anders loves animals, especially cats, and will gravitate toward people who have pets.

People who have unusual belief systems or ways of looking at the world would be interesting for Anders to meet and bounce ideas off.

And finally, despite his shrillness where politics and causes are concerned, Anders is a sociable guy and can go the extra mile with his extroverted self to make your introvert's acquaintance, if you have one you'd like him to meet.

Other Info: I apped him as currently working in a non-chain mom-and-pop kind of local copy shop, mainly so he can run off manifestos on the copy machines when he wants.
