This is a school zone with children present. It's 25, not 45.

License and registration?

What refresher quiz? It's not like I wasn't being careful. [And that clearly means she can circumvent the law. Obviously. But she's really just making excuses.]

If you were being careful, I wouldn't have had to stop you. Breaking the law when you think nobody's watching is still breaking the law.
