[Oh look, it's a teenage boy walking through the art fair with a sense of desperate purpose to him. There's something very specific he's looking for, but it's nowhere to be found.]

It's fine art. I am absolutely sure it is. So why can't I find anything like it here?

[One of the things Rakka had slowly grown accustomed to in the city was the arts. She really enjoyed to paint, a few of her works were even in the fair. She'd spent the morning mostly walking around, wondering if this would bring about another echo, when she spotted Equius looking quite desperate for something. Despite her normal attitude towards striking up conversation, Rakka decided to bite the bullet and go talk to him.]

Unfortunately, the Locke Museum of Art is singularly lacking in what I'm looking for.

[ He certainly does look a little unsure about where to go. Aria's only technically here because of her grandmother, which means the booth she's sitting at has mostly old kitschy pieces of jewelry. Definitely not fine art.

Still, it also means she's hung out at the fair often enough to possibly know where "fine art" might be found. ]

Horse... people? Not people on horses, people who are horses. But not like with Harmony Dolphin where they're still dolphin shaped but are also people. I mean horses with a human aspect or people with a horse aspect or a blending of the two. Sort of? It's very fine art and not at all lewd because things can't be lewd when they're art, everyone knows that.

[Archer has the distinct impression that this pretty girl has made him babble.]
