The Train to STE Meme (SPOILERS for canon deaths)

You know those Train to the Afterlife memes? In STE the canon versions of all our characters are dead. What if there was a train bearing their spirits on to reincarnation here?
This is a meme where canon versions of the characters can interact. They all know they're dead. They may or may not remember just how they died, or how they got to be on this particular train. Doesn't matter if they'll be born decades apart - that just means some people disembark a little earlier than others. Go over brochures about what your new incarnation will be like, spontaneously turn or be human, try the snack cart, fail to convince the friendly but very busy conductor to give you a transfer, or simply chat.
You just can't stop the train, or leave it. Not yet.

[ He glances down at the pigeon, staring at him with a lot of curiosity (and also trying to see the resemblance between the two of them). ]
Turian. We're a from few star systems away from Earth. Though, I don't remember any of the "birds" on Earth being able to talk...

Are we made up of chemicals here, do you suppose? Just about everyone should be in horrible pain. I wouldn't say I personally feel fine, but I am not hurting. Humans have the reflex to cry out if suffering, but everybirdie here is quiet.
[Yuuya hops up onto a seat, dimpling it under scaly feet. His feathers mostly hide his bulletholes.]
Ah, interesting! It figures the first alien I meet would be humanoid. And, well, it's quite common. We rather outnumber the talking mammals.

[ ...And okay. Maybe the feet sorta vaguely look like his, but he's still pretty sure that turians and birds do not have that much else in common. ]
Are you sure? Because last time I checked, humans were still the dominant race on Earth.
[ And okay, maybe he'd only been there a few times with Shepard, but he feels like he'd notice the talking birds. ]

Oh, quite sure. Humans were all but eliminated in 2070, and they've declined since. Unfortunately. [Yuuya clicks his beak.] I'll just have to hope that they can take care of themselves, now.
